Yell is an absolute disgrace read my previous review. The lead guarantee never worked so I was meant to get credits. Craig said instead of adding credits if I don’t want to add my budget we cancel the agreement. I don’t pay them anymore and they don’t pay me. Once cancelled yell now have a debt agency trying to recover funds from the cancelled contacted even though it was agreed and now I have tried contacting Craig again who is the advertisement manager and he won’t answer my calls, texts or other yell employees requests for him to call me. You owe me credits for my lead guarantee.

Where do I start!! Luke from Yell made big promises how he was going to help me grow my business adding an additional 29k income. BS!!
never set my account up correctly, was getting calls for services that we don't provide and never have done.
1st month got 2-3 calls on jobs that we could possibly do but we was already booked.
2nd month 1 call for a service we don't provide.
3rd month 1 call so far...
I told them I had a website that Im under contract with, He insisted they will build me a better one and will work around it somehow 🤔.
But they keep asking me to get my provider to release my domain name.
which my provider won't as Im under contract with them.
So I message Luke to say I wasn't happy with this service, to which he will call me on Tuesday 3 weeks later still haven't received his call.
Ive rang Yell up to say I don't want this service anymore. as 300£ a month is a lot of money for a very small business, they haven't provide the service that Luke said they could deliver.
£300 for a new website that they never delivered,
300£ a month for leads that they haven't generated that they said they would.
So the Chap told me he would cancel this service for me wait for it 2027.
Now they Bulling me to continue paying for a service that I have lost all trust with.
now there referring me to debt collectors.
Im sorry but a contract works both ways you suppose to be providing me with a service which you have not!!
This Is typical A BIG company threatening a 1 man band for money.
promising the world an delivering Zero.
but quote your under contract.
DO NOT USE YELL, GO WITH A LOCAL COMPANY THAT GENERALLY CARES ABOUT THERE CILENTS.!!!

Mixed experiences
Started well then went downhill. I am pleased with the website design and was impressed with my first Account Manager. Less pleased to have 3 Acc. Managers in less than a year and not being informed about it. The website worked well for 8 months, then the enquiries stopped. Yell.com's reaction? Buy more advertising! I was only put in touch with somebody helpful giving me useful advice when I made a complaint. I'm not I.T.-savvy & made this clear right from the start. I was told I'd get all the advice & help I needed. Except with my first Acc Mgr it hasn't happened. I feel like a blind man blundering around a minefield after my guides all ran away.
