you get a nice lady call you saying just want to see how things are going and can she help I say ok but always need more work she says yes we can help with that you answer all questions and she says its not a sales call but I will just pop you to a college who then repeats all the questions again by now 1.5 hours has gone by Im getting frustrated then the nitty gritty the money talk and conversion rates per advert and they say it will cost an additional £8,388 for a guaranteed 32 extra contacts (calls, clicks or emails) of which only 8.5 may convert into order so basically I'm spending about £1000 per new customer when Im not making this per customer and she wonders why Im pissed with her and all th time waisted?

Listing not correct offering services we dont do and areas we dont cover had to manually remove this then there were no jobs left
While the website looks good it dose not reflect my company as I asked photos that I sent are mainly not on there

I am disappointed with the service I have received from Yell. Despite raising concerns and receiving recommendations on improvements that needed to be made to my website, I am still waiting for these issues to be resolved.
As a small family-run business, I rely on my website to generate enquiries, and the delays have been frustrating. Communication has been ongoing, but progress has been much slower than expected. I hope Yell will take ownership of the outstanding work and complete the agreed improvements as soon as possible.
At present, I cannot say I am satisfied with the service provided.

Bad results and not easy to reach and communicate with the account manager.
when I tried to reach their support team on WhatsApp they told me I'm still in the onboarding stage and they can't help.

We got in touch with Natgas after a recommendation and we were left very satisfied with how it all was dealt with. Not only did the engineer repair our boiler but he walked us through the entire process step by step. Highly recommend and kept in contact even when he was on his way.
