I have got my realme phone repaired a few days back. I paid 2700 for the display issue. But I found issues in battey backup. My phone's battery backup was extremely good and it didn't get off even if fall down. But now it gets off with a light stroke and need to charge it twice a day.. Will not recommend.

The worst service ever!! I got my iPhone 8 camera replaced and paid ₹4000 for the replacement. Within 10 days it stopped working again and was causing problems in other features as well. Sent the phone back as it was under warranty and then they took 10 days to repair it and didn’t even look at other repairs that were supposed to be done. They give excuses like ‘product unavailability’ and ‘quality check’ but honestly, their service is the worst you can find in the device repairing market!! Even local dealers can help you out better than Yaantra.

One of the ghatiya company I had even seen in my life. So horrible experience I had given one mobile to repair which was actually a water damaged they had advise that it will get repaired and will cost 6000 I agree they do some temporary fixing and sent me after taking 2 month within in use of one day it's showing its true nature and experiencing a lots of problem when I contacted them they are saying we will check again but not under warranty even though it was in warranty. Again they picked up and after 2 week they are saying so many things are faulty and need 7000 again. Even after my approval they failed to repair and at last they send the dead phone like the one I gave them very early.

I beg you all if you have major damage like water , scree and any thing critical don't go with this company they will loot you and you will get nothing ...

Do you think I am a fool if you already repaired the first time with a warranty of 3 month and in middle of that if my phone failed again why should I go to another service centre are you mad it's all done by your team due to lack of my neglegency it has cost me .
Also second time when I sent my mobile to you at that time the phone was live and now you returned with dead one do you have any answer .or you will again say no no we got dead phone shame on you again I will appel who ever thinking of repairing their phone to this yantra please don't go go to local shop I beg it's my personal experience...

2 devices are repairing successfully

I have given my phone to repair before 1.5 month ago. But they repaired it after 1 week. When i got my phone back it was having same issue again within just 4 days after repair. When i asked for warranty they are saying now motherboard having issue and not the part which they have repaired. And asking me for 3.5 to 4.5 thousands. I have asked them i dont want to repair my phone from you, just return my phone in same condition in which i have provided to them.( It was working but having blank display). But now they have damaged my phone. Now my phone is in dead condition. They are not reparing my phone in minimum cost as well as they are not returning my phone as in condition as it was earlier.

Mobile was collected on March Mid. After lot of followups, finally i got my mobile on June 2nd week. Post the repair, my mobile is not usable(not detecting the sim). Have been following up since 19th June. Neither picks calls, nor a call back. No action until today. What kind of service are you providing? I am tired following up with you guys. Kindly do some respectable service.

Gave mobile phone for LCD display change on 26/05 - in 2 days, they called to check whether back cover also needs to be changed. After that, no update, none of the call centre numbers are correct or working, even the ones mentioned in the bill is incorrect. Pathetic. Service personnel who called me in 15 mins since I raised a request to book a repair, is not responding to any of the calls, The pick up person, who picked up the phone within 2 hrs from booking a repair, is not responding as well. I am very concerned about whether we will get the phone back or not. Unable to reach Yaantra - hyderabad through any of the means.

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY DEVISE TO YAANTRA ON 19/05/2020 AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ONLY TWO DAYS TO GET IT DONE AND AFTER TWO DAYS THEY MADE A PHONE CALL AND SAID IT WOULD TAKE TWO MORE DAYS AND ON THE SAME DAY PERSON FROM YAANTRA CALLS AND ASKS FOR PASSWORD SAYING YOUR PHONE IS REPAIRED AND SHE ALSO SAID THAT THE PHONE IS REPAIRED AND WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY 27/05/2020 AND TODAY ITS 28/05/2020 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEVICE
WHEN I WAS TRYING TO CALL THEM THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING MY CALL I HAVE EVEN WRITTEN AN EMAIL NO RESPONSE WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE TIME
