The company claims they are honest, transparent, honest prices, & good customer service.. They r everything apart from what they claim. Gave my laptop for blank screen ( i suspected operation system being corrupted) as per them its screen & needs replace.. quoted Rs. 8,500. Asked for diagnosis report & they had one whole day to respond which is a 5 min job .. & no mention about second job at all.. but no response from Yaantra... Employees dont have required skill set in communication nor problem solving... Please return the machine as I have received a better quote of Rs. 5, 650 & work will be done right front of me .... stop making excuses... if u r based in Delhi ... then conduct ur business only in Delhi... dont excuse it as an excuse for for being inefficient....

Trust me.
Yantra repairs are shabby. Plus dont expect them to even take ur calls if u want something re-repaired in their warranty period.

i gave my laptop for key board issue and they told, need to replace the keyboard. They promise me that they will change exact keyboard but they have used old one and replaced. and also having speaker issue for my laptop. But seems to they have replaced with old speaker. it is not working properly. they have charged more that what market price. When ever i called them for clarification, they are not picking the calls.

I came here for MacBook repairing, I will contact to Mrs moti and he setup my meating with rakesh sharma and solve my problem under a 1 hour.thanks for this awsome services 319757.

Yantra took my phone for repair or replacement two weeks back, i called them many times to know the updates, the customer care agent is saying this is another department, I purchased phone from amazon through Yantra, Please provide your direct contact number to check the updates.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE CHANGING COST AND WARANTY AFTER PICKUP

I gave my phone last week for repair, till the time I haven't received any update from these guys. Rather when I called up they keeping my phone on hold and later gets disconnected.
Not sure if these guys are genuine.

Very very poor service
I give him for on off switch repering, they are demanding 3000 for screen change. I was refused and ask him to return my mobile. I got my mobile return but they removed speaker (micro phone).

Great services by yaantra team, kept up.

Very worrst services and they all promote wrong information don't trust and give mobile for repair

I gave my laptop to upgrade windows 10. They told me will be delivered within 2 days. Collected on 2nd November. Today is 13 November not sure when will be delivered.
Finally they responded that it was handed over to delivery exicutive and shared his mobile number. He switched off my call and confirmed today that there is no laptop with him.
Where is my laptop? Noone knows.
Anyway I am going to file a case in consumer court soon as this affected my son's online classes for two weeks.
Please don't give any device to Yantra

Instead of giving phone to you all, it is better to go shop and repair our phone in front of us.It was my big mistake to give you a phone.wordings of yaantra's are worthless.Before taking the phone they said it will be repaired at the cost of 1000 after that they say not at 1000 but at 2000.Its my highly request to all of you dont handover mobile to them.4 days are going to happen but still my phone isn't repaired.

The service provided by you guys are very efficent. I have repair my device from your mumbai branch the excutive name Jyoti help me out with each and every details of my devuce. she update me everthung about my device. One more person named Paras help me out with some discount and repair my device with best cost.

My samsung M20 phone hanging problem but first time change touch ic and I pay 2000 rs but same problem within 20 days .I complain and send again my phon and return after 5 days 26 oct 2020
Now again same problem. This is your service .How many time required solve problem . this is too much..
