Katie Hadfield is always a pleasure to work with. She is incredibly helpful, approachable and consistently provides prompt and clear communication. Whenever we need anything, Katie is quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to help where she can. She’s a fantastic point of contact at X1 Liverpool and a real asset to the team. Excellent staff

Harris, Molly and Yasmine were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent, and they were always happy to help. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Would put zero if I could

Would put zero if I could. DO NOT trust this letting agency; they are the worst of the worst: terrible accommodations, and the staff do not reply to your calls or emails. Avoid like the plague!!!!
