Replace the parts yourself. You may HAVE to.
I had a warranty repair case set up with Dell for my Alienware desktop. On Friday, 12/5 at 10:24 a.m. I received an email from 'noreplyATwwts.com' stating that a technician would contact me to schedule my repair. At 10:26 a.m., yes, only 2 minutes later, I received a second email from the same email address stating that 'Our Dell Technologies representative has been trying to contact you...' yet my home phone never rang once. I waited for several hours for the tech to call and when he did not, I called the phone number given for him in the second email. I reached his voicemail and left a message to call me. He did not. On 12/8 at 8:56 a.m. I received another copy of the second email. I still did not receive a phone call. So I called the tech again, this time I recorded the phone call as proof of my attempt to contact the tech with no response. On 12/9 at 8:31 a.m. I received yet another copy of the same second email and again I called and recorded the voicemail I left for him. I never received a call. Not only does this reflect badly on WWTS, but also on Dell, who contracts these people.
