This is a game changer. Being here with Sammy and her team. It’s one thing to reach out for help and when you’re given it, abundantly, it can be a big surprise ! I am touched by how frequently I’m checked in on, and gently nudged to share and be present. The best part is that there is no rush. And I think that itself has changed the way I breathe. There is a lot of material to learn from and of course it takes commitment and a lot of relying on oneself but somehow it feels doable because of how firmly and gently Sammy holds space. The course is so well rounded that for each glitch one may face, there’s a resource for that: easily the best decision of this year for me!

I found Sammy on Instagram and joined The Rebirth program in fear of going back to a spiritual dead life again. I just started, and it’s already bringing clarity and strength that life is to be enjoyed in presence and that it is possible every day. Being afraid to take up space and to dream and plan life for myself first, Sammy has helped me to see there is no wrong answer. I’m meant to take up space! This is the most incredible gift I could ever receive! I highly recommend Sammy to be in everyone’s life and to be a part of Rebirth!

I am just getting started and I can already feel how powerful this program will be for me. The support and communication Sammy provides, in addition to that of the platform is comforting as I start this journey for something I’ve needed for years but didn’t have the capacity to recognize. My experience so far has only confirmed that finding this space was meant to be.

Sammy and her team made me feel seen and held from day one. I have done so many programs that leave you feeling good, but fizzle off after it ends. I am almost to the end of my 108 days and I already have so many tools in my toolbelt that have become a part of my daily life. Things that I won't give up on becasue they work! Sammy has committed to helping women in a way that is selfless and coherent. I wake up craving more guidance as I learn more. There is also a community of badass women guiding you along the way. There is literally nothing better than that!

It is not easy to describe Sammy's program in words because it is something that you really need to experience, live through and allow it to bring out what you really are. I have had my ups and downs through psychotherapy for the last 3 years, but, it will sound like a cliché, it was only with Sammy's program that I managed to put the pieces together and move forward boldly, calmly and honestly with myself. The journey was very challenging, i.e. I had just stepped into a new stage, but I think God himself brought me to Sammy and opened the door wide to the life that I knew existed but had no roadmap to. Sammy gave me tools through various everyday tasks that make me feel like I am starting a whole new life as a single mother of two small children who is literally building a new foundation for life. Sammy is there, whenever you think you're alone, Sammy is there and that's what kept pulling me back and helping me build confidence in myself, Sammy was the pillar and support and tenderness and strength to remember that I exist, that I live and that I have the right to breathe with all my lungs. Thank you Sammy for finding us, even if on opposite sides of the world. I will carry you in every day of my life because I know where a new chapter has begun.

I was hesitant to sign up with Sammy. Because for the last 3-4 years all I’ve done is sign up for programs that would slowly heal my broken soul. And I was tired. Lacking any motivation. But I just couldn’t pull away. And it ended up being the cherry on top that I needed. The program that tied it all together for me after all of this shedding. The first time I got on a call with her, I immediately cried, her presence was so safe, I felt ready to release. She gives you permission to just “be”. No one has ever done that for me and I cannot thank her enough. I experienced so many synchronicities while working with her. I knew it was exactly what I needed in my life. Thank you Sammy.

I thought I was signing up for another one of those free programs that I would aspire to but never get around to when I responded to Sammy's instagram story with the comment "READY" - because I was ready, but I didn't realize how ready and how much I needed Sammy's program until I started. The transformation I have seen in myself, not even halfway through her Sacred Rebirth program, has been unreal - I don't even recognize myself. I feel like I am back in my body again, I feel I am returning/remembering the best parts of myself that I gave away. I am living more joyous and free every day. I sleep more deeply, I wake up excited about my life, I am learning to trust myself - Sammy's program is a true nervous system reset and rewiring. What has surprised me about this program is the variety of offerings and the scientific backing behind them. I walk away from all of the sessions with new information. Sammy knows what she is talking about on all levels. She has an answer for every question I bring her. She is very familiar with the body's structure and the biological functioning, as well as holding space for the spiritual. I need both tangible and spiritual answers to my questions, and Sammy provides both. I am so grateful that I said yes, and I continue to look forward to working with Sammy!

This whole experience has completely changed my life in ways that I can't even begin to express. Any hesitance I felt , briefly immediately went away after my first official session with Sammy. I actually meditated , stayed silent and still ( a huge challenge for me) and envisioned the woman I already was to be. The road was tuff , and scary and enlightening and frustrating and scary and wonderful and sooo worth it. For me personally seeing something like this thru for the 108 days was something I had never done before. And ladies it doesn't end there, it evolves, you evolve, I evolve and we keep on doing so. I have carried on sooo much after this..all those changes and growth..my overworking as self punishment has stopped, my eye twitching, stopped. I look better, I feel better and am content with the knowledge that I can still do so much more. I found my purpose , my womanhood, my sexiness my " ooh la la" . It doesn't go away. My vision board is up and unbothered, it is me. My journal I wrote there. My sacred space did not go away.Sammy doesn't go away, she still checks on. Even with my cuckoo schedule she checks in. She reads the super duper long messages the , the hi's and lows and is right there with you even after the 108 days. Because this wasn't just some thing I did and then went to the next. It's so much more

Just go for it and I promise after your 108 days and after you have had time to digest and be with the new person you are and get excited for who you are still becoming and all that you can be, you too, will write about your experience here.

This course and Sammy’s knowledge and support was exactly what I was needing. All of the classes and teachings as well as the practices are so transformative and help you meet the depths of yourself. This course has felt like a homecoming back to myself and there is still plenty of material to go through. Along with Sammy’s support and guidance I feel myself healing and growing and recommend this space for someone who has felt lost and is ready to return.

The program that Sammy offers is exceptional. The modules and pillars are thought provoking, somewhat triggering but in a good way, and full of activities that force you dig deeper within you. The women here are humble, easy to chat with, and most importantly they are supportive.

I don’t even know where to start with writing this review because there are so many things I’d want to say about working with the angel on earth that is Sammy. My interaction and course with Sammy has transformed my relationship with myself and my capacity and tolerance for life and stress immensely. I have gone through one of the scariest times of my life with my health starting with her and my ability to ride my waves of emotions and feel ok during this uncertainty all the way to my ability to handle my three kids and daily life with stability and tools for moments of instability. It has amazed me that the tools and support and guidance she’s given has helped from life altering times that would have previously crippled me to the daily that would have impacted me consistently. This journey just for me has helped me meet versions of myself I never knew or some I ignored and bring her the love she deserves and I am so thankful for that. I now have lifelong tools to handle whatever comes up, a deeper understanding of who I am and all whilst for once not engaging in these things to fix me or be better etc but because I know this is who I already am at my core and I’m just letting her truly exist for the first time. Doing it with love. It might sound so trivial to some but Sammy has helped me come at this journey with the belief it’s a return to who I already am not to fix me and it’s been so freeing and shifted parts of me like my need for control and perfectionism and achieving in ways I didn’t know possible. She’s a literal angel on earth and her soul is magic but her course is life altering x

The Sacred Rebirth has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Every class, practice, and connection seems to land with perfect synchronicity, always aligned with exactly where I am and what I need in that moment.
Through this work, I’ve learned to regulate my nervous system, pause, breathe, and move in flow with my body. It’s helped me soften, release old patterns, and let go of ways I was unconsciously holding myself back. I’ve healed layers of wounds around men, reconnected with my womb, my femininity, and my power.
I truly believe this journey created the inner space for me to open, receive, and ultimately conceive. I’m so grateful for the depth, the healing, and the transformation this program has brought into my life. Sammy does a beautiful job at leading and holding space for everything that comes up along the way!

On my reclaiming journey of coming back to my essence. This program has provided support, consistency and sisterhood to root into my essence, fully express and be me!

I was drawn to Sammy and her work from the first instagram reel I saw of hers, I just thought she had goddess energy and I needed to learn everything she was doing!

I'm now half way through Sammy's course, and honestly I nearly gave up last month, or rather I did give up! This is a common trait of mine, self sabotaging /abandoning, and I knew from the beginning this was likely to happen, but with Sammy's loving support I recommitted and I am now certain I will complete the course. If I gain nothing else other than the confidence and trust in myself to see this through, it will be worth it. But there's soooo much more, everything I am learning, the mindset shifts, the tools, the rituals , the community, the reconnection with myself, my body, my intuition, it is life changing, and I am so grateful to have found her at a particularly challenging time in my life.

With grace and authenticity to show up as you are, I have been made to feel strength through my vulnerability. Sammy continues to create these moments of 'awe' through out the very depths of feeling. I am empowered to face every part of who I am, and what has pieced me together, to unravel and rebuild into the highest version of self. Although I have so much more to go in my journey of self love and attunement, I feel immense gratitude for the practices that I am learning through this experience with Sammy.

If there was one word that could be used to describe this course it would be TRANSFORMATIONAL. You go beyond the surface level of what makes you...you. Which makes this course a game changer.
The beauty within this course is that Sammy doesn't try to "fix you" because you are not broken. To Sammy this is not just a job, it is a mission. She works on the vision inside you, and with guidance and understanding she reprograms your way of thinking with: one on one time, seminars, guest speakers, and a community of like minded women. Sammy helps you to realign your source and expand the soul by re-regulating your nervous system. This is her purpose to life. Within weeks you'll notice a difference. I highly recommend.

Taking part in the 108-day program has been one of the most transformative and precious gifts I have ever received.
