The esim worked well. Internet connection was very good, even in the mountains. Although the setup instructions could be a bit clearer. I install the esim before going abroad, and wasn't sure whether it had then been activated or whether the start period would start once I was abroad.

I have used many providers who have supported eSIM. WorldSIM has proved my go-to eSIM provider from now on. The number of supported countries they provided and not mentioning the cost. I found them value for money compared to other providers for similar data and period of use.
it was so simple to install with the one click automation installation process.

I must say the best experience was contacting their online support I had a question which I raised and immediately was resolved without any delay for waiting for an agent or queuing for a long time. I contacted them multiple times and each time they were so helpful.

Help desk very quick to answer my questions. Sim card arrived on time. Inserted it in my portable wifi gadget. It worked. Now need to try when i go on holiday.

I can't recommend WorldSIM. My business spent £100 on 2 e-sims. Only 1 could be activated. The second has dropped off the network 6 times in 36hrs and each time the device has to be restarted to get any service. I requested a VAT invoice after the purchase but this was never received. I asked for a refund on the SIM that won't activate but received no reply about this either. By contrast MayaMobile has provided a fantastic service with no problems at a much lower cost. My 2 stars for WorldSIM is generous.

I purchased a physical SIM via their website for my Android Huawei P20 Pro for a trip to Australia and New Zealand in March 26. On arriving in Sydney the SIM did not work. I contacted customer service only to be told that "the SIM card will not support calling services in Australia without an iPhone or Google Pixel device. With other devices, you can only use data in Australia"
Neither Calls or data worked in Australia.
The website states any unlocked phone and includes calls and texts.
I asked for a refund on March 12 and sent a follow-up email on 3 April with no response received.
