So many poblems with worldsim after being with them for quite a few years topped up my two world sim cards in february this year and tried to phone africa which had been able to call with no problem, but the cards would not work, contacted worldsim who sent me instructions on what to do and if did not work well suprise suprise contacted them again i did and as usual they ask you the same questions and send more information which is just like the ones they had already sent, it is now april and the sims are still, not working and have given up with worldsim as they cannot sort out why my sim cards, do not work have asked for the money back but just get ignored with that request, I have two sims with kney on and cannot use so just sat in draw unusable, will never recomend worldsim to anyone, just dont buy, update to this review, received reply from WORLDSIM That they will reach out to me directly to solve any current problems I am facing that was 4 days ago still waiting.

Needed an e sim for umrah, installed before i went, when i got to saudi airport it didn't work which stressed me out a bit because i couldnt call our booked cab to say we are here, anyway i later figured out I needed to have configured the APN to deri.at ,it was my fault i should have double checked before i left, once that was configured it worked fine in saudi, i bought 3 e sims and to they all worked fine, i bought the data sim only. I would recommend.

A total waste of money. Purchased in UK for a trip to Australia. When there it wouldn't connect. Contacted customer support who told me it doesn't work with Samsung handsets in Australia. Only advice was to have a differnt handset with me. Asked for refund, radio silence. Purchased SIM locally, tons more data for half the price. What a rip off, do not buy!!

Sam helped me out of a pickle. Landed in HK and could not get my WorldSIM to work . He persevered for almost an hour working through the problems and eliminating them one by one. Very grateful for the support offered and yes it now works!

Easy to top up when all details are correct and good customer service. Some difficulty connecting in some countries but they are willing to help out when needed

Well organized website and fast order processing.
After installing the eSIM things just worked fine. Did test it with the same network as my regular subscription and no setbacks.
Just one limitation: eSIM is not transferrable to anorher phone, according to the email I got af purchasing.
