Wordfence protects my site and offers EXCELLENT, timely support. I highly recommend this plugin!

Without Wordfence, we could not run our website. Our business is smaller and does not have a full-time IT staff to monitor and protect the site. Wordfence keeps us aware of unusual activity and even hacks. We could not run our WordPress website without this degree of protection...Tech support is very responsive and helpful, too. We use Wordfence tech support when needed.

Wordfence is a really great WordPress website security company! They provide a super comprehensive, but easy to use plugin with extraordinary support! I have complete confidence in this product and the service is the best! Regarding support, most WordPress plugin companies make you jump through a bunch of hoops, or delay responding, or don't assure your issue is fully resolved. WF also offers that you can email back if there are still questions after the ticket is closed. You can not ask for more. Phil at WF is awesome.

I've used the free version of Wordfence off and on in the past and was motivated to upgrade to Premium as my traffic from African countries inexplicably skyrocketed and it was clear we needed to secure our website from potential hacks. The Premium version of Wordfence has been highly effective for enabling us to control where traffic comes from and block potential hackers. Most recently we have had multiple daily intrusion attempts from Texas that appeared to be from Google crawlers, which we DO want (I even asked Google's AI who said the IP's were Google crawlers), but when I contacted WF Support they responded quickly and identified the source as hacking attempts using Google's cloud server, which we don't want. I was concerned that the setting to "Allow Google crawlers" wasn't working but turns out it was working to block attempts to appear like a Google crawler. What began as many headaches trying to secure our website has become easy and almost effortless and I really appreciate the awesome Premium support which is worth every penny. Thanks Wordfence!

The representative provided helpful suggestions, video instructions, and recommendations for security plugins, including Wordfence. After following their advice, my problems were resolved. I wouldn't think of I having a WordPress site without Wordfence on it!!

If you can afford the license (it's not very expensive for the benefits it provides), I highly recommend using Wordfence Premium. If not, Wordfence Free still adds a huge amount of security for your WordPress site.

Their customer support (for both the Premium and Free versions) is great! They respond quickly and their agents are very knowledgeable.

I also highly recommend signing up for their newsletter, where they regularly post analyses of WordPress plugin vulnerabilities and how those vulnerabilities have been patched. Very educational!

Awesome product and equally awesome support. On the very rare occasions that I have a problem with the configuration of the Wordfence plugin, the support team at Wordfence are super quick to get back to me and always come back with a really easy solution to fix the problem; usually just a couple of clicks. Can't fault the plugin or their support.

Fantastic company. Very rarely will anyone give you a refund these days, but due to a change of email I was unable to cancel my yearly subscription (due to not needing the service anymore). I got in touch a week later and was refunded in no time, 10/10!

My friend installed this on his website and had an issue with it connecting to run a scan. When reaching out to the company, they immediately accused him of have an 'activator'. After sending in 3 images proving he doesn't know what they are referring to, they got a moderator for WordPress.org to contact him about being rude and theatened to ban him. For what speaking up for himself? All he said was that we was going to give the company a 1-star review. How is that rude? Does that constitute a ban? I gave it 2 stars because I do want to be banned either.
