Hello

I still have not received my Disabled travel pass even though you state on your website you 'mailed it on Monday 19 January 2026.
You have obviously not mailed the Re-newed Disabled Travel Pass, so i demand compensation and a public apology in all local Birmingham newspapers.

Dear Preet

Thank you for your efforts regarding past issues.
I bring to you another serious issue concerning the conduct of Transport for West Midlands.

As you will see in the below email communications, i was asked to re-apply for my Disabled Travel Pass which i did on Sunday 9 November 2025. I was informed my re-application could take up to 6 weeks.

Since it is now 9 weeks without any response from Transport for west Midlands i ask you to demand they issue my Disabled pass immediately as my current Disabled Travel Pass expired today (Sunday 11January 2026).

Kind Regards
