This would have been five stars apart from the initial welcome at reception which was not welcoming. Thereafter the experience got better with the dentist and nurse being excellent explaining clearly what was required. When I came to make my appointment i saw the second receptionist who was very clear and helpful.

Thank you all so much for being so helpful and caring over the weekend with my emergency appointment. Jasmine was so brilliant in finding me an appointment and calling me back to sort out the times. Gisel was amazing on the day. So thorough and professional. Kirra at reception was really efficient in arranging my follow ups. My treatment will be ongoing to remedy the problem but I feel totally confident in all the staff at Wilson House, thank you.

Efficient, speedy treatment

I went for my bi annual check up and knew I was going to see a different Dentist this time. Being female, I was pleasantly surprised to be seen by a female Dentist, who was friendly and professional, mentioning dental details I hadn’t noticed and giving me advice for future care.

I recently visited the hygienist at Wilson House Dental Practice. She was very courteous and made me feel comfortable as I absolutely hate going to the dentist following childhood memories of the dentist!
She was very thorough and explained everything.

The hygienist assistant was also very pleasant as were the admin staff on reception.

When I first came to Wilson House, I had many problems with my oral health. I underwent numerous treatments, including root canal therapy, dental implants, teeth straightening, whitening, polishing, fillings, and much more. It has been quite a journey, but with your help, everything felt so manageable. Thank you for guiding me through the process and for your careful monitoring. The ability to do treatment check-ins and have telephone consultations through the platform is exciting—it’s like receiving care at home. The few words that come to mind are: excellent care. I’m always happy and satisfied after every appointment. Dr Zak is very helpful and every time he is giving me a good advice. Couldn’t recommend more Wilson practice specifically for people who are afraid of dentist.

A very friendly practice. I visit every 6 months and am treated by Zaharia who has been my dentist for many years. He is a great dentist who is very gentle, patient and caring.

Had terrible toothache and was seen as an emergency on the same day as I contacted them then managed to get a cancellation appointment two days later to get the treatment started which got rid of the toothache. Thank you 🙏.

Great, as always. There is a possibility that we will be moving before our next appointment, but we will continue to be treated at Wilson House Dental Practice even though it could be a 50minute drive each way, especially if Zac is still there, he is excellent.

I had an appointment with Mr Ayuub Ahmed, and was seen on time and given a thorough check-up. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good experience.

Exceptional experience met the most amazing kindest gentle man - very compassionate, patient, understanding, brilliant social skills and an absolute angel -quickly put me at ease and addressed my problems. Greeted me and to the door when it was time to go. A wonderful human being.
