I always thought Atkinson Stilgoe were a very reputable local company that I have used to sell our properties. However when it comes to the Lettings department it’s a different story completely and if you’re looking for an agent for Lettings be it Atkinsons or Connells they are not at all reliable. We have been waiting 3 months for our deposit to be returned and still no word. No one Ever gets back or replies to your phone calls or emails and to this date I would never recommend them

I have never subscribed to any emails from this company, but somehow they’ve got hold of my email address and are using it to send me details of properties that I’m not remotely interested in.
I’ve emailed the company directly (because there is no ‘unsubscribe’ option within their emails) to ask them to stop, but that’s been completely ignored and they still continue to send their junk messages.
So if I was interested in buying or selling this is the last company I’d approach.
