Fabulous service
Scott Marshall gave fabulous service from beginning to end. From providing me with various quotes to suit what I needed to keeping in regular contact through to delivery of new car today. Nothing was too much trouble and he responded to my various queries within minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to lease a new car with a stress free process.

Great service

Helpful, efficient and informative
Scott was so helpful right from the start-even with all the questions I had, nothing was too much effort. From talking me through the spec options and associated costs, to arranging delivery and all the way through to aftercare and answering queries once my car was here, he provided a 5 star service. I would definitely recommend Willow Leasing and am sure I’ll be back when it comes to choosing my next car.

Customer Service at its best!
The service from start to finish was excellent. Frequent updates were offered as to what was happening with the car and it was delivered to our front door on a truck!
Details explained in the agreement were clear.

Willow Leasing - Outstanding
From start to finish, the process of leasing our new car was so easy. All the staff at Willow Leasing worked together to make the process run smoothly and efficiently. Marcus and his team were always on the end of the phone or email and customer service was outstanding. The delivery of our new car was incredibly prompt and efficient. The delivery man was friendly and explained everything he could, being especially privy to Covid guidelines. We will definitely be recommending Willow Leasing to friends and family.

Highly recommended company
I can't recommend Willow Leasing highly enough. This was my first experience of personal leasing. As I was a novice, I needed more guidance perhaps than others. The team have provided me with support, answering my queries with professionalism, promptly and with patience. My car was delivered to me on the date specified. This was a very positive experience and I would urge you to consider using them to help you through your lease hire. I love my car!!

Excellent service from Scott
Excellent service from Scott. I have had my eye on a certain car for a while, regularly looking at deals to see what is available. I saw a great deal on the car at Willow, so enquired using the live chat. Scott responded instantly, and had a few quotes over to me with different options available. At no point was he pushy, reserving the vehicle and allowing me to get back to him once I had decided.
From then on the process was straightforward and simple. Car ordered, deposit paid, delivery booked. Scott answered all my questions straight away, and if he didn't know would chase the dealers to find out.
On the day of delivery Scott even called to make sure that everything was okay with the delivery service and the car. Great service from Willow Leasing.

Excellent Customer Service, a great company to deal with
The process could not have been simpler. The team at Willow are responsive, patient and very easy to work with. They do what they say and feedback to you really quickly.
Any queries or questions we had were answered incredibly quickly and thoroughly. I will be recommending Willow Leasing to all.
