Ordered my Ford Puma in early September…
Ordered my Ford Puma in early September 2025 and 6 months later I am still waiting for a delivery date. I have chased them a few times and I don’t think the car is even on the country yet. I was told 2-3 months when I paid my deposit so just be aware of the potential delays, lack of communication and be prepared to wait a long time.
Unprofessional and unethical pricing tactics
I signed a 3-year contract and waited patiently for 3 months for my vehicle. Two weeks before delivery, I received a call stating they were increasing my monthly payments. When I refused to accept these new terms and asked to cancel, they had the audacity to demand a cancellation fee—on top of the processing fee I had already paid.
It is completely unacceptable to change the price of a signed contract and then penalize the customer for not agreeing to the hike. This company does not honor its agreements. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Don't like someone cancelling
I used this company for my current car and had amazing service. Then we come to ordering my next car. Every thing going OK. Apart the few emails & texts asking me to order with them even though I had. Get to a month before & my car hasn't shipped. I get asked if I can extend my current lease. When I ask for a lead time from the dealer, I get silence. I get the info from my local dealer in minutes. I them email Willow to ask for the cancellation policy again nothing. So I call, I allegedly get David the owner. David right on the defensive cause I immediately asked about the cancellation. David said they hadn't said the car wasn't going to arrive. But yet the email is asking me if I could extend my current lease. Not forgetting its highly unlikely it would arrive. They unfortunately gave me the idea to extend my lease. Which is more cost effective then waiting for a car with no lead time. David got inaudible on the phone when I said cancel it. Also insinuating someone is a liar, is the same as calling someone a liar.
Delivery Period - Fiction or Fact ?
In September 2022, I responded to an on-line advert by Willow Leasing stating delivery for a new Kia Niro would be January 2023 (18 weeks). However, it is now 49 weeks and still no confirmed delivery date for my car. In fact, based on recent information received it is probable that my car is still not manufactured. Obviously, I am extremely annoyed and frustrated by this.
Because Willow Leasing have always been polite and responsive, rather than giving a 1 star review, I have given them 3 stars to bring attention to this situation. However, set out below is my opinion of some action / things to be aware of before making a decision to proceed with any car leasing.
Willow Leasing is just a broker. Therefore, Wilson Leasing is totally dependent on information provided to them by others, i.e., the actual leasing agent; the supplying car dealer and Kia UK. If anything goes wrong, then the broker has no power to do anything significant other than keep you informed.
Ask the broker who provided the information on delivery period. Once your car is manufactured, it will have a VIN number. Therefore, to confirm the delivery status, you potentially can ask the broker to request the VIN number for your car. However, note that not all car manufacturers release the VIN number until the car is about to be delivered to the car dealer. Even so, unless you have a confirmed delivery date in writing or the VIN number is available, in my opinion whatever timing you are told should be taken with a pinch of salt.
Before making a commitment, ask the broker who will be the leasing agent. I didn’t and ended up with Lex Autolease of which 86% of the 599 reviews on Trustpilot rate Lex AutoLease as 1 star! Once the deal with the actual leasing agent is signed, ask the broker to tell you who the car dealer is.
If your car is manufactured abroad, then even when it docks in the UK, it could take at least 2 to 5 weeks before it will be available for you.
Brilliant company to deal with
Brilliant company to deal with. Car was delayed but kept updated on a bi-weekly basis throughout. Always on hand to answer any questions as well. Will happily deal with again in the future

Absolutely a five star service from Willow. This was my first new car, and my first time leasing, so I was a little nervous. From the beginning, through the ordering process, Kelly-Anne was very friendly, honest and helpful, explaining the process and details, which made me feel much more comfortable when pulling the trigger.
Lachlan, another really friendly chap, was on hand throughout the whole waiting period, keeping me informed, answering my questions and chasing the supplier when needed.
I can't recommend Willow highly enough, and I will be looking to them again toward the end of my lease when it will be time for another new car.

Good service and communications
I ordered a Ioniq 5 from Willow last October and received it this July. Whilst the delays were not down to them, they did a very good job of keeping us in the loop and talking to the dealers often. They were prompt and helpful in their communications.

Despite a slightly delay in receiving the car from when we first made enquiries we received excellent service from Kelly- Anne - who helped through the application process and kept us up to date throughout - Lachlan then helped up until the point the car was delivered. Willow leasing was my first experience of leasing, recommended by a friend who also had a positive experience with them.
Scott Marshall proved a clear and timely communicator responding to queries either by email, phone or Zoom calling me for reassurance in these challenging times. The Reception line too was timely and all communication faultless.
Pricing was good, even taking into account concessions available to me elsewhere, they couldn’t be beaten.
I got the vehicle on time, and in honesty earlier than anticipated, couldn’t be more pleased.

Really excellent experience. They were not only the cheapest for the car I wanted, they backed that with exceptional service - you don't find that combination very often.
Scott was incredibly helpful - especially since I needed to change the structure of the deal halfway through the process. All emails were responded to quickly and in a friendly manner. Can't recommend these guys enough!
