Got a phone call minutes after placing the order to confirm delivery date, then another call the day before delivery to confirm firm the delivery time.
Washer delivered on time, old one removed, new one connected and tested. Reminded to register the product for the 5 year watt anti.
Faultless service.

I hardly ever write reviews, but….
I hardly ever write reviews, but the exemplary service from Williams deserves mention.
I needed a washing machine quickly, and it was delivered and installed in a little over 24hrs. They couldn’t be more helpful, as well as professional and competent.
Superlative customer service.
And to cap it all, it was no more expensive than in large retail chain stores.
Very satisfied customer.

Excellent customer service from Lee
Excellent customer service from Lee. He ordered a new washer ,arranged for delivery and fitting within 20 minutes of my phone call for help and it was close to shop closing time. They price match , are very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure the customer is supported 100%.
I have yet to experience the delivery etc . But I have every confidence that they will surpass all expectations .
