Random guy here, this worked wonders, literally saved me

Terrible! I only signed up for a one-month subscription, but it turned out they kept charging my card afterwards. When I noticed, I wrote to them saying that I wanted to cancel the subscription. I received an automatic email with two links where I was supposedly able to cancel it, but neither of those links worked. There is no way to contact them. This is a company that scams people out of money.

I had a film I purchased on MKV for a friend and discovered it would not play on his TV setup, so I used this service to convert it to AVI, service is fast and reliable and I may well join it on subscription and use it again.

The platform delivers on its promises regarding its services and leaves nothing to be desired in any aspect of the video editing process.

i want to cancel the $19 plan. the unsubscribe page is not working. i emailed them, no reply. this is a shitty company. avoid at all cost. they have been charging me without my consent for more than 8 months.

I am satisfied using this application to compress videos.

Simple interface. Limited options with some creative range allows for quicker decision making in the final steps of project development (I am in no way, shape or form - no puns intended - critiquing the limited options): color, shape, size, and transparency + animation of waveforms are available. I have spent a few days on this portion of my project, video length 15 mins, and I could happily redo the project going in a different direction. You will be satisfied.

They are big scammers. When they ask you to pay for a one-month subscription and you agree, you find that your card is charged $204 for a year. They lure you with a one-month subscription, and when you agree to pay, you find your card charged for a year. I sent them three emails to dispute the charges; however, no one has replied to my emails.

I wanted to pay for a month, but was billed for a whole year. This is not mentioned on the payment window. No one is responding - just some automated robot reply. Good I managed to cancel the subscription. I see people having trouble even with that.

Beware of Lemon Vault LLC / EchoWave. I was charged $180.00 for an annual renewal today with zero advance notice. As a New York resident, this is a direct violation of NY GBL § 527-a, which requires a 15–45 day warning before an annual charge.

Their "support" is non-existent. I have received nothing but automated form letters and instructions that lead to broken links. Most suspiciously, their "unsubscribe" button is non-functional and their billing portal prevents users from removing payment methods—a blatant "dark pattern" designed to trap customers in unwanted renewals.

I have already reported this to Chase Bank and am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the New York Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Frauds. If you are being looped by their "support" bot, don't waste your time—dispute the charge with your bank immediately.

I used this company to make a short video to post on Facebook with a song sung by me and three photos. It was advertised as being free, when I rendered the video I was asked to create an account in order to be able to export 20 minutes for free (my video is 3min). But then the problems started, as they wanted my credit card number!!! NO!!!! And don't advertise your services for free if you are then going to demand a credit card number! What a joke... 20 minutes for free...

This is a scam company, please be aware!! They charged my card 120$ without my consent. It's impossible to cancel the subscription nor get in touch with this company.
