I would like to congratulate Priya and Pinny for their excellent customer service.for…
I would like to congratulate Priya for being an exemplary customer service member of staff. Near the closing time on Thursday evening everyone is in a hurry and they have to return a few items and buy some more.
When i was there, there were at least six or seven customers and all but two of them wanted to swap something or wanted to check if these were available in the warehouse.
Her pleasant manner was superb. She calmly dealt with all of them and the customers understood the needs of others and were very calm. I was looking for ten strips for the bathroom ceiling but had seven and she called up the warehouse to see if there were more in the warehouse. I got that I was looking for. Very pleased. She is an example of poise and pleasant customer service.
I had a very pleasant interaction with Pinny on 11/9/26. While the other members of staff could not locate the items, Pinny knew where to look and took me to the isle and helped buy the right stuff.
She is someone who knows the store and how it works along with the computer system to check the items in the warehouse.
