Excellent service from the design consultant from our first visit to when we finally decided on our new kitchen layout. Her professionalism, expertise and friendly , helpful manner made our experience enjoyable , nothing was too much trouble , even when we kept changing our minds on details . Would definitely recommend . Can’t wait to see the kitchen installed .

Other family members had had work done from Wickes last year and we were fairly certain we wanted to use their services from their experience and final bathroom completion.

Sarah came to our home to measure and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. She asked if we had an idea for what we wanted and we talked through what we had come up with.

Sarah sent through a layout which we were really happy with! We did come up with an entirely new vision which Sarah took the time to mock up before we went into store the next day to discuss the bathroom in more detail.

She really made the most of the space in our bathroom and gave advice and honest input into our decisions for finishes and together we came up with a really concrete design which really fits our style.

We are really happy with the level of service we received for our first time using a bathroom design service from Wickes.

The whole process was very interesting and enjoyable as was the coffee!

Sarah is a very friendly and professional designer .It was absolute pleasure and truly the main reason we choose wickes for our kitchen. She has designed the most amazing kitchen for us and has made such a huge decision for us seem completely easy.She was so friendly and professional from the beginning and made us feel completely at ease .Nothing was too much trouble for and she made us feel very comfortable.She was outstanding and excellent and she spent many hours with us coming up with many ideas and different designs for our kitchen. I had my kitchen fully designed by Sarah G-C and I couldn’t fault the service we received! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the communication throughout was great. Sarah was also very knowledgeable when we visited the store to see the different designs available and always kept my budget in mind. I will definitely be going back in the future (new bathroom needed!)

Although I decided not to move forward with my kitchen project for now, I had a great experience working with Wiktoria at Wickes. She was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the design process. I felt well-supported and appreciated how she took the time to understand my needs. If I revisit the project in the future, I’d be happy to work with her again.

We went to Wickes with a general idea of what we wanted and spoke to Wiktoria Krakowiak. She helped us choose the best option for the bath suite, and also the various tiling styles, their size, finish etc. She then took us through the ordering process also giving us advice on delivery dates.
Wiktoria made an effort to ensure our experience was not stressful at all, and for that we are happy to write her a 10/10 review.

Sarah Jenkins has done a wonderful job designing our new kitchen. She is very knowledgeable and thorough with an excellent eye for detail. She has made the whole process so far very easy and enjoyable. We are delighted with the suggestions she has made, and we can't wait for the installation!

We went to order an island for our kitchen and the service was amazing. The lady who helped us (Sarah) was so helpful and wasn’t pushy. We went a few weeks ago for a bathroom purchase and we’re so happy we chose to go back. Very happy with our purchase

Sarah Jenkins who planned our kitchen, was both friendly and knowledgeable. Not at all into “THE HARD SELL”. Which enabled us to trust her to design and give us the best deal possible.

Billie gave us some great advice and helped to really squeeze in every detail we asked for, adding follow-up appointments to ensure we had enough time to complete the design. We found the whole process very straightforward, and are looking forward to seeing the installation go ahead. I'd highly recommend Wickes for their quality and skill of their design team.

We can't recommend Sarah Jenkins enough! She has designed the most amazing kitchen for us and has made such a huge decision for us seem completely easy. She gave really balanced recommendations and came up with ideas that we would never have thought of ourselves. The end outcome is the kitchen and utility that we've been dreaming of since buying our house 8 years ago and we are over the moon! We'll be back shortly to have Sarah design our bathrooms! Visited the Huntingdon store, while I was able to purchase what was needed the staff were extremely uninterested in helping. I asked for a Dulux tester to be mixed and after 10 minutes of waiting I gave up. To pick up my click and collect order I had to interrupt someone watching videos on their personal phone behind the till to which I received an eye roll and eventually helped. I would also point out while he was on his phone the queue was growing at the tills. Unprofessional

Our experience with Sarah Gerrard-Cook, kitchen designer at Wickes in Huntington has been first class from her visit to our home, she understood my needs and produced an excellent design. On our following visits she made a few suggestions for slight changes all of which were acted on, even when we completely changed our mind about colour of units and worktops nothing was too much problem. When it came to the fitting of the kitchen we had the best possible fitter in Dmitrijs Konosonoks his work ethic is second to none, he was an excellent worker, meticulous in every detail and at the end of every day left everything as clean and tidy as possible. Can’t recommend Sarah and Dimtrijs highly enough.
