Wiktoria was very helpful throughout the process of making our initial enquiries and then booking a home visit and design service. She helped us explore different options to suit our budget and took time to listen and adapt plans according to our preferences. There was never any "hard sell" pressure and the whole experience was professional and friendly.

We had our kitchen designed at Wickes by Sarah Gerrard-Cook. She was brilliant, designing the kitchen just how we wanted it and always happy to make any changes needed and answer all our questions very quickly and fit appointments in to what worked with our schedule and offering advice on what would work best. She provided very detailed plans to help the builder install as designed.

The delivery of the units was good with good updates and tracking. The quality of them isn’t the best, they are quite flimsy. They do have a very nice finished look. We went with the Ohio sage and it is a lovely colour.
One unit arrived broken and they happily sent a replacement for it, but it took a while to get the replacement. They ship replacements using DX and there was poor communication from them on delivery dates and times as someone needed to be in to receive it. They broke a unit in transit so we had to wait longer for another unit to be dispatched with no updates. We only found this out when we chased wickes customer service and DX.

Sarah kept following up to provide us with contacts needed to resolve the issue and make sure we had everything sorted.

Sarah Jenkins provided superb service. Extremely effecient, brilliant use of the computer program that planned our new kitchen. We could not be more satisfied.

The whole experience from Wicktoija (wickes planner) coming out to assess and plan the new en-suite to the design, to the fit, to the plumber (mario) has been excellent. We were consulted at every step and the plan was exactly what we asked for. Wicktoija listened to our ideas and was very forthcoming with ideas and advice and knew exactly what we wanted. Mario the plumber was very professional and friendly and again consulted us every step of the installation. The finish and attention to detail is high quality. We cannot praise the experience and Wiktorija annd Mario enough and the new en-suite looks amazing and we are very pleased with it. We would definitely use Huntingdon Wickes again.

Sarah Gerrard-Cook at the Huntingdon store was brilliant, explained everything, and was great help with the overall design, even when we changed a few things several times, highly recommend.

Wiktoria was really lovely. She was great with our nervous dog on her home visit. She gave loads of helpful advice, really knows her stuff, and there was never any pressure at all to rush decisions.

The consultation and design of our kitchen with Sarah Jenkins at the Huntingdon store was excellent. She was exceptionally patient with us and helped us to make decisions by offering her experience of our issues and pointing out pros and cons at each stage. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like valued clients. Four stars rather than five are because of some delay booking in a fitter and an issue with a worktop afterwards but this was swiftly addressed and we are very pleased with the completed work.

From start to finish, Billie was amazing at Wickes Huntingdon.
She listened to our ideas, gave valuable insight and helped us realise something wonderful with the redesign of our kitchen space.
Billie was supportive with organising the removal and instal, and when handing it over to Steve, everything was seamless and the job was carried out perfectly.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with the outcome and are very much enjoying our new kitchen!

We have just had our bathroom supplied and installed from Wickes Huntingdon, after having had our kitchen done a couple of years ago. Design consultant Sarah Gerrard-Cook is the main reason we returned. Her customer service is second to none. Our new kitchen and bathroom are not only stunning but also incredibly functional, exceeding all our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this consultant to anyone looking to transform their home – you won't be disappointed!

From our visit with Sarah at Huntingdon to the completion of the project everything was very well coordinated and we are very pleased with our new kitchen.

Sarah from Wickes Huntingdon did a good design for us and was super responsive. The installers worked very hard over a 13 day period, and Dave our installer did a lovely job for us, very pleased. Very happy with the end result.

Sarah was extremely helpful, friendly and professional when designing our kitchen. She answered all our questions and offered advice around the planning, she explained the entire process clearly. We felt comfortable going back to her with more questions after the initial meeting. We are very pleased with the kitchen and the service from both Sarah and Wickes.

We had some issues with customer service regarding the delivery of the kitchen and parts missing. The communication between the customer service and the delivery staff was disappointing.

I visited the Huntingdon store looking for help with a new kitchen. I was assigned Sarah Gerrard-Cook, a kitchen designer who came out to help me with the design. Sarah was fantastic. She understood my feelings and ideas and found practical solutions to my new lay out. She advised me on certain products and nothing was too much trouble for her. I was also very lucky to get Greg as the kitchen fitter and he was also fantastic and a very good fitter. My new kitchen looks fantastic and I would recommend Wickes and particularly Sarah without hesitation.

We contracted Wickes in Huntingdon regarding a planned Bathroom update and restyle, our Design Consultant Wiktoria was insightful and really helpful.

I used Wickes Huntingdon. The designer Sarah who came out to my property to measure up for a new kitchen & bathroom was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a couple of delivery issues and these were promptly addressed by Sarah.

The service was excellent, and Sarah (design consultant) helped us design our kitchen and order the kitchen units online. There was excellent communication from the beginning. All the items arrived from Wickes, and now we have a lovely kitchen.
