Popped in as had a call for a leaking toilet, a super friendly chap called John helped me out with the part my plumber sent me to get most grateful cashier was great too Thanks

Firstly I'd like to just say I've been Using the Harlow extra store now for the around 28 years (even prior to its short distance move to a bigger store).
I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience, rude staff or not been able to get what i go in for always been spot on.
I would love to be able to name everything single person on this review I've met over the years but honestly all that work there are respectful, helpful and very pleasant people to deal with, always willing to help and assist if needed and also very good if you need to go into store to order any materials for delivery.
prices are always decent and with the trade plus card it gives you that little bit more.
I'd say for a local all round trade shop the company should be very proud of how its staff run it (great team effort guys), hears to another 20 years of my custom.
Just a few names of the guys I've dealt with over the years and see mostly for the times i go in, they will always help you if you need it.

On a fair few occasions when I been into wicks I’ve either asked for help or been served by this lady. She has always been very professional, friendly and helpful. On seeing her today remembering me from other occasions, she has very politely asked me to fill this review out. We Come into wickes & was welcomed by a lady called Dawn who was very helpful in assisting me in finding the items I required for one of our contracts. She was very helpful & gave us a great service. I got all the items I needed for my job.

Happy with my paint mixing by Josh. He was very helpful and explained the process.

Was very happy that Wickes actually had everything in stock , most of the time they’re always short of something. Excellent work by Lauren C on the till happy smiling face and dealt with all my bits quickly and efficiently. Excellent receipt folding skills !

Liam at Wickes Harlow has been very helpful and successfully made a paint mix which exactly matches the colour of my kitchen units. Liam scanned the sample door colour I brought and made the exact same colour mix. Liam also expertly asked questions about the surface to be painted and made good recommendation for the finish. I highly recommend Wickes if you need a colour to match paint.

Bob was the gentleman who helped me at the Harlow location. He was patient with me, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful Thank you Bob.

Dawn was super helpful! She made my visit to Wickes so easy and saved me some money too - bonus! Thanks Dawn, you’re a superstar!

Visited the Harlow store to purchase some paint for the living room. Was helped by a lovely man named John who I think was the Duty Manager but still took the time to help me. John is a credit to your store.

I stopped in to Wickes Harlow to pick up a click and collect. The store looked very tidy and staff were very friendly. Everything was ready and the store manager even came out to help me load my car!

I was served by Angelina, she was very polite and friendly. She helped me find everything I needed and everything they didn’t have she told me which was the nearest store which had what I needed

Kitchen Designer (Youth) has been brilliant and corrected so many errors made by other companies and designers. Also had excellent attention to detail and practical suggestions.

Separate to this Will also helped with some items ordered via the click and collect service and he was very polite.

I placed an order with click and collect. It was easy to use and was kept upto date with information about the order. Gary was helpful when I collect the order and answered my questions to my sure I had ordered the right products for my project.

Very friendly staff. Cashier Dawn was very helpful in placing an order for me for delivery. Start to finish A+ service! And most importantly service with a smile!

Fabulous help from Rebeca and the fitters. Excellent follow up when some things wasn't right but turned out to be a problem separate from the fit but was still helped and advised by the fitter on a Sunday. So thanks to Lucas his mate and Rebeca
