Wickes - Harlow Reviews 

Went into Wickes Harlow and needed help one young boy on shop floor looked at me like a alien when I asked him for wood paint which I thought was basic. Anyway went to tills spoke to a lovely lady Emma H she showed me and had alot of knowledge about what I needed very helpful when I was stressed and was going to just leave store she made me feel at ease and a brilliant member of staff she will be my go to in future visits.

I have always received an excellent service from wickes and the prices are very competitive. Today I was supported by Emma S who was professional and supportive throughout.

Came in looking for a specific paint and got really good service. The staff member Ruby was friendly, helpful and found the product I needed. Quick and easy trip, will be returning.

Came into wickes to purchase stuff for the garden and was served a lovely young lady Abi. Her and her colleague ruby were very helpful and friendly.

Went into Wickes Tuesday & was served by Dawn who was very helpful. Helped with a few items that I couldn’t find & great all round customer service!

Wickes is a great shop and the staff are wonderful. The store itself is pretty good for everything and even has some student offers, which is great for uni prep, but I'd especially like to mention staff member Katie who was very helpful and entertained my chatty nature while at the tills, 10/10 service

Always have everything we want/need. Normally get served by Dawn who is an asset to your team, always helpful, knowledgeable and happy to help. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen her without her happy bubbly chatty head on, Dawn keep being you, it makes DIY so much better xx

Dawn In Harlow is very friendly and well spoken every time I enter the shop , always makes me laugh and asks about my day . Lovely lady

Tried to return guttering pipes, clips joins, bends well over £100 worth of stuff, was over my 30 days as was waiting for builders to come back. Refused to let me return even though these are core items sold regularly, non seasonal or perishable. Was happy to accept a credit note but wouldn’t even do that. All parts were in resale quality! 30 days is not long enough, b&q 90 days!!!

Wickes never fail to disappoint they have your full payment up front something I would strongly advise against after after five months of bad service we decided to cancel agreement kitchen had been delivered and stacked around the house making living conditions impossible day after cancelling fitter turned up to start job he ripped kitchen out which is pilled up in front garden and no work done since then after many promises and days trying to contact clever move so we cannot now cancel living in nightmare. Avoid Wickes at your peril

Emma S is brilliant! I come in 5 times a day! For work and she's always smiling and happy to help us. Best worker there by far

Rebeca Grigoras from Harlow wicks kitchen showroom help us tremendously with the design for our kitchen, showing a lot of skills and knowledge about all types of requests, she give us quotes for different style of kitchen, advising about quality,about style and materials.
