Excellent tool company, vast amount of tools
A very good sevice. A company with a a very substantial variety of products. I had been looking for a particular drill bit for a while without any success. That is untill I found Wholesaletoolwarehouse. You even sell tools I didn't think I needed. I will have no problems recommending you to anyone. If I need tools in future I know where I will be shopping!

Good prices
Prices are very reasonable but I was disappointed with the product which didn't work reliably. The company did attempt to resolve the problem but couldn't replicate the fault so offered a refund for the product but not postage costs.

You reported the Butane Pencil Torch as faulty and returned it to us. When we received it, we tested it and found it to be working (we were able to light it and refill it). We sent you a Credit Note for the item even though it was not faulty and gave you the option to ask for a refund instead.
You then opened a "Significantly Not as Described" case in PayPal, asking for a refund. We therefore cancelled the Credit Note and issued a refund for the item.
I am sorry that you feel this was not a good response. Please note however that we did accept the return and we did credit/refund you.

Really wide variety of tools and the prices are hard to beat.
Delivery came the next day (standard post.)
Would recommend to anyone and will be my first choice in future.

Was wary of certain rip-off companies, but the item arrived well packaged and sealed. They were also kind enough to send me a £1 voucher.

Cheap to buy but good stuff
Did a bit of searching around on the internet for the goods i wanted and found wholesaletoolwarehouse the cheapest place but not only that but the goods came quickly and they weren't cheap looking tat. The items were well packaged.

This site was the lowest cost for the GAS TORCH kits i was looking for.i searched every site online,wholesaletoolwarehouse still came out 9.7% less than the next cheapast outlet(total bill inc p&p/vat was £46.42. But had i purchased more the save would have been far more!! order arrived within few WORKING DAYS..
TAKE THIS ADVICE FOR BUYING- CHECK THE SITE TO SEE WHAT YOUR LIKELY TO NEED FOR FUTURE, MAKE A LIST & ORDER WITH IN MIND THE MORE YOU BUY THE CHEAPER EVERYTHING WILL WORK OUT AS POSTAGE IS £6.19 per order..

Very cheap when buying in bulk
This website is great for buying tools or gardening equipment in bulk. Their prices are super low, but there are minimum order amounts. For instance, I got some brass padlocks for 79p each! You have to buy at least 6, but they come in handy so that was fine. 79p! very good value, and they were as good as any.
