You use false advertising for your product,if I could rate you lower it would be 0!

MY WIFE ORDERED A THERAPUTIC BRACELET FOR ME ON 5/12 THROUGH PAY PAL FOR 24.90 INCL SHIPPING RECIEVED BRACLET HAD A PROBLEM SENT EMAIL ON 5/24 .SINCE THEN ISENT EMAILS TO SUPPORT TEAM ON FOLLOWIG DATES 5/26 ,5/31, 6/3, 6/7, 6/9, AND 6/12 AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONCE . SO MUCH FOR A GOOD SUPPORT TEAM ..

I wanted to share my positive review due to many reasons. First, the item I ordered was amazing of course. Second, I got it in no time( quick service). Third, prices are really reasonable and affordable. So I really recommend ordering from rainbum.

Jamal is excellent in customer service relations. Though we have gone back and forth on an item, his willingness to help resolve the issues is worth the wait. His communication skills are kind and it makes me want to work with him again on any future items I purchase from rainbum.com.

I ordered last week a Chicken Poultry door and it does the job perfectly fine compared to other doors in market and the price was very reasonable. I love their customer service, it seems its still small company and there was a guy he answered my calls and helped me to complete my purchase and he was very helpful I am ordering a smart watch from them and cant wait to try it.

This company is a sham. I purchased a self-opening chicken coop door. It finally came and to my surprise it was made of cheap, bendable plastic and would not fit my door opening. Way too small! I contacted Jack about returning it, but he wanted to put me through hoops before the company would consider it. Wanted me to video tape me trying to install the door. Told me this was their return policy. Today they gave me 24hrs to video tape me trying to adjust the door to fit. I just, will not work. So, I guess I'm out the money for this cheap product because of this scamming, company. Buyer beware!!! If it appears to be inexpensive and a good deal, it isn't. Their return policy is no policy at all. They just want your money and the customer be damned!!! Never had a company with a horrible return policy like Rainbum. The last three letters of their name tells their story, BUM! GJB

Purchased a chicken co-op door from this company. 1st one arrived broken after a lengthy delay, I asked for a refund but was talked into them sending me a second unit.. 2nd unit lasted 1 day before it quit working. The products they are selling are garbage.

I ordered a hat for my husband in mid July and I still have not received it. Very disappointed

First order and will be back! Ordered 1 beach bag similar to bogg bags after a colleague was holding some bag similar to the Bogg bag and told me where it was from. Was a little nervous and scared to have not authentic product, Later I ordered one and I received an email acknowledgement almost took 48 hours and a tracking number Just received by email & text.
Estimated delivery date July 6th but arrived Yesterday. 2 days early. Delivered by USPS Mail.
Couldn't be happier with choices, ordered size large size beach bag and all good.
