Really bad communication...two attempts…
Really bad communication...two attempts to deliver the item we ordered, both failed, they only give a day for delivery not a time slot so we had to take both days off as well....unpaid.....we had to cancel the plumber (not happy) asked for refund, let's see it that turns up!!

Absolute disgraceful company
Absolute disgraceful company.
Ordered items from them no communication when they would be delivered. Then after waiting for over 10days with no contact we had to contact them and they assured us they would be with us next day delivery
Then few hours later said the items were damaged and had disposed of them!!!!!

Awful company to buy from paid delivery…
Awful company to buy from paid delivery took a week to come had to call them after 5-6 days to complain then they decided to ship it after delivery fitted it the filling valve on the system was faulty had to buy another then was leaking from the pan connector so changed the pan connector 3-4 times to notice it was the casting on the waste outlet on the toilet contacted them then they was just trying to get around replacing/refunding ended up buying a different toilet from somewhere else then they finally decided to refund me for the toilet and got less than half of it back going through my bank to resolve this

Looking for triple radiators
Looking for triple radiators; must be different from usual. Tried on line but decided had to see and touch. Visited Wholesale Domestic in Hillington.
Great range of radiators both in shape and colour. Spoke with Yvonne Allen a young lady with such a bright smile. Turned out Yvonne had full knowledge of most if not all products. Yvonne guided us through choice, searched out complimentary articles until we were fully satisfied.
We purchased what was recommended and arranged delivery. By time we had reached home I had received a text confirming delivery date and availability of two man delivery team. Value and Service would be very hard to better. Many thanks Yvonne.
