Avoid if you need materials delivered on time.
I ordered wet wall panels from this company because they were advertised as "in stock", after my original supplier was unable to fulfil my order due to stock issues.
A week after placing my order, I was informed that the panels were actually out of stock and wouldn't be available until 20th July.
I called on 20th July to check if the stock had arrived. As a prospective customer, I was initially told that the panels were in stock. I then explained that I already had an order pending and provided my order number. Suddenly, I was told the items were actually out of stock and that the advisor had supposedly checked the wrong product number—despite me having given the correct order number from the start.
I have now been told that stock is not expected until 27th July, meaning yet another delay.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. Advertising products as in stock when they are not, followed by conflicting information and repeated delays, is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this company if you require your materials within a reasonable timeframe.

Excellent service yet again
After a successful visit to the store very recently with top class support from Simon, we returned to get our second bathroom done. We were offered assistance soon after entering the store and were given excellent help and advice from Linda. We came with ideas and Linda was able to tell us what she could offer to match what we had in mind. Linda was very knowledgeable about the different ranges and directed us with precision around the showroom. She checked stock whilst we went to consider tiles and Simon offered us some assistance along with Linda in picking floor and wall tiles to really finish off the look and we can’t wait to see it all put together.

Stress Free Experience!
Our transaction with Alice in the Glasgow Store was stress free.
Alice walked us through the showroom and advised us on what we required for our bathroom refit.
The selection on display was rather mind boggling but Alice was on hand to give unbiased advice
Delivery was hassle free with our order being brought up to our first floor flat without quibble.
An added bonus was being able to enrol for two years interest free credit

We ordered our bathroom shower cubicle from this company no communication on delivery had to go to company for delivery tracking was due by 2 nd took day off no delivery then the 3 no delivery phoned the company they would get back to me nothing it turned up today at 8 o’clock to a empty house no word this order was arriving I give it no stars if I could absolutely shambles don’t use this company if you want good service

This company sells cheap toilets and stuff is mostly unchecked and un tested ive had 2 different bathrooms from this company and both had issues they just buy chinese rubbish at bulk and sell at a premium stay well clear you have been warned spend a few extras quid and shop elsewhere i will never buy anything from them again

Went in to revise my order and Linda Doran, who was on the counter when I went in, helped sort out everything. There seemed to have been some sort of error and my estimate had been scrub so she cheerfully redone it for me and advised me what the stock in some of my items were. Do not buy Hydra Polished Stainless Steel Shower …
I purchased a lovely Hydra Polished Stainless Steel shower from Wholesale Domestic in Glasgow at the end of March 2025 and it was fitted by a plumber in April last year. It has stopped working and is only giving me cold water. This shower is now only 14 months old. They say the warranty was up at 12 months even though the website says '3 year guaranteed for piece of mind' but Wholesale Domestic are only offering me a new cartridge......and they don't have any ,so the shower is currently useless. They won't give me a new shower. Why Not?
Just to warn everybody not to buy this shower!!! My previous fancy shower lasted 17 years.
