I used WHN to sell my house back in 2022 and they handled several issues with skill and courtesy, so I decided to use them again in my recent leasehold purchase. Stacey was very knowledgeable and efficient with not the easiest of vendors. She tracked down the lessor and negotiated the furture sale of the lease to freehold. Everything was done efficiently and met all deadlines. At the last minute she discovered one vendor party had put a charge on the property since the start of the conveyance. It threatened the entire sale but at great speed she got this removed in seven days by the land registry. You are in safe and secure hands with Stacey at WHN.
