We have just completed on both our sale and purchase using Katrina and Team KP at TQ. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Communication was excellent every step of the way ensuring we were happy and kept up to date. For what can be a very stressful time the service we received made the whole procedure smooth and reassuring. We even managed to complete both our sale and purchase within 8 weeks. Thank you for all your and teams hard work in completing our transactions!

We had a purchase and sale that involved a chain of eight & TQ Law were brilliant! They were always available to give helpful advice & quick to respond to the problems that arose.

Would not recommend. I’ve moved 4 times in the last 8 years and these have been the worst Solicitors I’ve used. In fact, I never spoke to a solicitor during the whole process. They rarely answer the phone meaning you need to leave voicemails which sometimes aren’t returned until the following day. Basically left speaking to an uninterested admin team who have no urgency about getting anything done. They made extra work which I didn’t ask for or want them to do and held up my purchase. I had no chain, no mortgage, cash buyer with no house to sell and they made the process take approximately 5 months. I was finally granted one phone call with a ‘Case Manager – Bryan Perkins’ who is not a solicitor and this was after making several requests to speak to him. Very disappointing service and I found their responses at time unhelpful and unprofessional.

We got there in the end with exchange but it seemed to take forever, the quote for buying and selling was very cheap though.

TQ Law generally did a decent job, checking the property papers quite thoroughly. Their communication was also pretty good, as was their professionalism. The process was a bit slow, though: 6 months.

Team AC and my main contact was Katie did above and beyond what was expected.
I cannot praise and thank them enough, from being helpful and the communication was exemplary.
I have brought and sold many houses but this team were miles ahead of others. I cannot thank them enough.

Overall service from TQ Law has been 10/10. Katie and Abi have given an outstanding service throughout my entire house purchase.
They both answered any questions I had and would chase up the chain promptly whenever I requested. They kept me updated every week and replied to any emails very quickly.
My experience with Katie and Abi have made my purchase easy with little stress. They also have a portal you can use to track the process of the purchase.
All communication with them was clear, informative, responsive and professional.
I’m incredibly grateful for all the work and effort they put into my case. I would not hesitate to use their services again!

My experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was a bit concerned initially as the cost was less than other companies offering the 'same' service. The team was always available when needed. A few times I got voicemail, but someone always got back to me promptly. I dealt with Carol Morris and her team. I can't recommend them enough. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone looking for a motivated and reliable team without breaking the bank. 5 stars!!

We were referred to TQ Law initially during our first purchase which we pulled out from, and then again during our second purchase process. The switch from purchases was no issue, and from start to completion their company and TeamTAN kept us updated along the way and were attentive to any queries or concerns we had at the time. Would recommend these guys.

Jade dealt with the sale of our deceased parents' apartment in a patient and helpful manner, even when faced with unforeseen complications.
We have been very happy with the service we had from TQ Law and would use them again.

Extremely poor service. Communication became increasingly difficult, with emails going unanswered and responses to enquiries often brief and unhelpful. As the problems with the transaction mounted, I was left with the strong impression that they had simply stopped engaging with the matter and were waiting for the sale to fall through. It eventually did.

Buying and selling a home is stressful enough without having to chase your own solicitors for basic communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
