Very poor after sales service
It has been over a year since my review. Things are no better. I have recently found out the fence I have over the road clearly shows as a wall in planning. I was told by sales prior to purchase I would be looking at a wall. Whiteburns answer was to double slat the fence. NO. It should be a wall. All fencing to the rear of my property clearly shows hedges in front in planning. Again, this was dismissed in a very arrogant way over a year ago. Anything to save money. I have emailed the MD numerous times over the last year with NO response whatsoever. A very poor service. I get the impression after the sale they don’t want to know you. The company knows I have a nervous neurological disorder and having to put a case to Fife planning has been very stressful.
