This company have been beyond a joke.
My family member passed. They have charged £8000 to sell the house and deal with the will. None of this was complicated. Easy sale, no one protested the will. House under £175000.

It's been over 3 weeks since the sale and we still have not received any funds.
They paid themselves instantly. They are earning interest on the monies which are legally not theirs. They will not return any calls. They will not pay the money that is ours. AVOID

Morag and the team at Cullin Kilshaw were extremely helpful and professional. They maintained excellent communication throughout the sale of our property and simplified any complexities for us.

I've been dealing with estate agents for years and this company is easily the most dishonest one I've ever met.
They so obviously buy favourable surveys as the one I looked at was shocking.
Be very careful with this company.

BUYERS AND FIRST TIME BUYERS BEWARE! , AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS,EVERYTHING IS A GAMBLE WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WOULD BETTER OF GOING TO THE BOOKIES, I BOUGHT A HOUSE UNDER T&C, THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE WORLD WITH NO GUARANTEE, I.E THEY WILL LIE AND TELL YOU THAT YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE MET BUT ONCE YOU GET THE KEYS, WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS THERE IS NO WAY OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK OR PROPERTY FIXED UNLESS YOU GO TO A SMALL CLAIMS COURT," THATS THE RISK YOU TAKE" IS THERE ANSWER, I WAS ASSURED THE GAS AND ELECTRIC AND HOT WATER WOULD BE WORKING ORDER, THE BOILER WAS COMPLETELY BROKEN, THE HOME NEVER MATCHED THE HOME REPORT, THE WALLS WERE CRUMBLING AND DAMP, MY PROPERTY WAS FALSELY ADVERTISED, I WAS MISLED, LIED TOO AND NOW IM INCURRING MORE COSTS IN SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE ON THE MATTER, AS A FIRST TIME BUYER, THEY WERE VERY RUDE, VERY DISHONEST, AND ON REFLECTION OF VIEWING THERE OTHER PROPERTIES THEY LIED SAYING A WALL HAD A HAIRLINE CRACK, YET IT HAD CRACKED THROUGH THE WALL TO A CUPBOARD, BELIEVE ME THEY HAVE NO RESPECT CONCERN OR REGARD FOR YOU, ONLY YOUR MONEY ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE FOR MONEY AND ID HAVE MORE WARRANTEY ON A TOASTER FROM ARGOS.

This company is a total disgrace. They rent out accommodation which is unfit for purpose, leaving tenants with repairs not done, damp ridden properties without heating. Lie about their clients. Also sell properties without giving full information to clients about state of repairs to be done. There is just the tip of the iceberg. I would avoid this company at all costs. The staff are rude and patronising, and show no respect for their tenants or purchasers alike .
