I want my money back
Avoid. I paid a subscription in August for a monthly magazine and a book. It is now mid October and nothing has arrived. After some emails, they emailed me to say I had provided an incorrect address. I sent the copy of the original order showing my correct address was on the order. I have had a few poor excuses but nothing has arrived. I have asked for my money back. I have had no refund either. They have my money and I want it back.

Awful costumer service
Awful costumer service.
In October this year I ordered a Fisher Price record player from this company online. I had to return it which I did in November using a “smart label” provided by the company. I never received the refund.
When I complained I was told that they don’t find the return. End of story. Nobody responds to emails sent to the customer service. Stay away!!
