Really enjoying using Whatnot. There’s loads of great stuff on there, especially if you like branded clothing and finding bargains. The live auctions make it more interesting than just normal online shopping, and I’ve already picked up some really good deals. Delivery has been good and everything has been straightforward so far. Definitely recommend giving Whatnot a try if you haven’t already!

As a first time shopper, my very first order was damaged. It didn't look brand new as advertised and the headphones had lots of scuff marks. And what i purchased i did not get. Even in the video receipt, he says this is item #26 and I did not get item #26. I got what he wanted me to have. I reached out to seller and still no response. How do I proceed with getting assistance?

Ive purchased here frequently and the prices are excellent. I prefer buying here than buying it originally price.

I collect Pokémon cards and have a very hard time getting them at stores so I love watching them stream ripping packs and am able to actually buy cards! They have always arrived very quickly and in perfect condition for my collection. Such great people and trustworthy.

There is such a variety of items- clothes, shoes, make-up, home decor, crystals, jewelry, cleaning supplies, electronics, pet items, PLANTS!! There's more to choose from- if you're on the fence about buying OR selling- just get in the app and do some exploring. I spent a month checking it out before I started buying. There are tons of sellers- you'll find one (or many) that you enjoy. As weird as it sounds, sellers have their own community. There'll be a group of faithful followers that you'll see at the seller shows. How do you see who's at the show? There is a community chat where you can post questions, check in with the seller or other followers. It's truly a fun and relaxing way to shop. The prices are very reasonable for what you're buying, shipping is fair and the community is the best. I highly encourage you to take the plunge- it's so worth it!

I joined What not my very first auction was Pandora bracelets I purchased three one for myself , daughter and granddaughter. My daughter was thrilled put it on straight away the next morning she rang me to say her arm was covered in sore lumps . Now she is allergic to metals can only wear silver or gold as I am to a certain extent. She said her arm was green in places and very tender and sore obviously although sold as silver they were not , I contacted the seller who said he had purchased them from another auction was not helpful at all I then put a complaint in to customer services that was the start of an appalling situation days of back and forth them asking me for proof then could I tell them the item numbers when I tried I could not access my orders this went on days and the outcome was that they closed my case I lost over £78 pounds and I’m totally disgusted . I’ve put this up here to warn people that fake items are for sale on this auction site and it’s no use complaining as you get no where so please take care
