So easy and straightforward to set up. Good communication and fast dispatch. Saves me messing around putting prescription into doctors and then having to collect it especially as I have a disability
First time used this service and was pleasantly surprised that it actually worked very well.
The service is quick and efficient. I love having my medication delivered to my door.

Disgraceful service, dreadful customer service and the worst attitude from a pharmacist I have encountered.
Dispensed the wrong medication and tried to make me pay a second time for the correct medication.
The blonde female pharmacist is truly awful and needs some serious customer service training for here dire attitude.

I was surprised all my medicines came, I have just order them to the doctor. It is so much easier. I have heart issues, having to go to the pharmacy it is not easy for me.
It would be great if you don’t use or do something about the delivery. I have had delayed post a few times
The pharmacist treats patients like they are dirt and less than him, talks to us like we are stupid and has the worst attitude. He is very un professional and just isn't helpful at all. The rest of the staff are helpful and welcoming and try their best to make up for it but the pharmacist just makes such an unwelcoming experience every time i have been in there.

Awful, awful chemist. I’ve complained twice to head office and I’ve now forwarded in my mp in on the email.
The email cited poor performance, professionalism and empathy. From their own website

Whilst I wasn't actually using this pharmacy today I happened to notice that they where closed at 3.30pm, there was a hand written note on the door saying; This shop will be closing at 4pm today but there will be no queues after 3.15pm because there where no staff, there wasn't anyone other than staff in the shop at this time either. Think this is absolutely ridiculous for a pharmacy to be operating this way. Feel sorry for anyone who had medication there and didn't get it due to them being closed. The pharmacy address is; 11 Grangeway Runcorn cheshire WA7 5LY. I have stated the address as think it should be you contacting the pharmacy and area manager and not me as you suggest in your reply

I received a text from my doctor very late in the day, saying she'd sent my precription to the pharmacy. I went in half an hour or so before closing on the off chance that they could fulfill it there and then. I fully expected to be told to come back the next day, but the member of staff behind the counter was friendly, understanding and checked the system straight away (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, but she was blonde and on shift till close on 12th March). I was in and out in 10 minutes with the treatment and I couldn't be more grateful. Great customer service - thank you :)
