Lateness

I have eight items to collect. Your system insist on breaking them up ino parcels - with a different arrangement each time. So, I never know what is coming or when, and I have several times run out of an item I need.
I am thinking of going back to the old surgery delivery.

Slow delivery.

The delivery of my meds is very sporadic. I have PPMS which affects my cognitive process. This means I may leave it until the last minute before I order more tablets. The delivery can take upto 1 week which can cause a problem. I'm unsure whether click and collect would be better but as I cant walk it may be a problem.

I ordered my medication for more than…

I ordered my medication for more than 12 days.But still I did not received. I missed my my medication for almost 1 week.When I reach them by the chat ,the response was to contact GP and order it again and get it from any nearby pharmacy. Really disappointed.

Good service

Ostensibly good service, which comes welcome. Probably a little too many update messages as part of the process. Overall, pretty seamless service for prescriptions and delivery.

The service is great

The service is great, you put your order in and they do the rest. Si much better than waiting at the pharmacy 20 mins every time you need a repeat prescription.
I would highly recommend it to anyone.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have used Well Pharmacy for a while and in the whole, was very happy with their service, until recently. I told them I was going to be on holiday for over 3 months and would not be ordering my medication from them and that I would be nominating a pharmacy near to where I was staying whilst away.
I have been receiving reminders every week saying not to forget to order my medication. I have sent an email every time I received one of the reminders and got a generic response. I am absolutely fed up keep asking them to note their system that I am away and to stop sending reminders. All my efforts have been completely ignored.

I use this pharmacy regularly, they are so lovely, approachable and helpful. I have a family of 6 and they have been my first point of call. Beth is fantastic, always goes above and beyond and she is very knowledgeable!
