Always very good service from WCF
Always very good service from WCF . The only issue is that they can't advise on a delivery time. You are made aware of the date but a time is not specified. It would be nice if a call could be made in advance otherwise you have to wait around.

Good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to leave us such a great review! Whilst we can't offer a timescale for your delivery too far in advance, we can arrange a telephone call to you when our driver is en route to your property, once he has a more accurate timeframe. I have updated your account to ensure that this happens in future for you. if you require anything else at all, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0191 5186770 or email enquiries@wcfnortheast.co.uk. I orded my fuel and it arrived well within the quoted time slot.

Being organised pays
Easy on-line order and if you're organised and arrange your oil ahead of when you need, think it was refereed to as an 'environmental delivery' the price per litre is the most competitive I found. Great service and delivery was perfect.
