We were locked into a dispute involving other companies and the switch over took months but Mandy Brennan's patience and understanding come through for us and we're now on a 3yr fixed deal which suits the business knowing exactly what our costs will be

Outstanding and Caring Support from Chislin (I didn't ask how to spell this name, apologies) in the Customer Service department. My enquiry included multiple complex issues which were expertly and gently unpicked and set right by Chislin. He was even gracious enough to authorise the removal of late fees when he understood the predicament I face with this outstanding account.

This review is purely based on cost. I’m shocked at £144 a month for a very small amount of water for my 1 bedroom holiday home. Especially as they claimed to be the most affordable.

When your agents contacted us to…
When your agents contacted us to provide service, it was completely a different then what we had received in the post. We believe that each call is recorded and on these basis we are considering to take this matter because. The salient term of the agreement was a fixed amount which shall remain fix for 3 years but the letter of confirmation represents variable, as if we as consumer do not know the meaning of variable.
Furthermore, it was not given direct debt authority, whereas you have demanded a direct debts which your Representative never discussed. I am utterly disappointed.
