Polite and helpful staff.
However I purchased a chain and cross. The chain was to long so I took it back for a shorter one. I had proof of payment for the £129 on my phone and the goods I purchased seven days earlier present.
Unfortunately I did not have the paper receipt and I was advised that the computer (the till) can only authorise to take the chain back at £35 less. I then had to pay a further £20 for the same chain 2 inches less in length.
I would welcome someone from head office to contact me to discuss as your computer system should not and does not take president over common uk law.
