Superb Service and Beautiful Selection
I ordered online from the US for a dear friend in London. Once I provided all purchase and delivery info online, I noticed that friend's name kept reverting instead to MY name as the recipient. I phoned a Warren James location close to my friend's home to make sure that the Royal Mail would deliver the package even if I didn't ever live at the location. The lady who I spoke with was very reassuring that indeed it would be delivered. So I completed my purchase and it was safely delivered today exactly as promised. I'm sorry but I do not recall her name but she was very attentive and patient even as it was almost the stores' closing time. I appreciate both the superb service and the beautiful selection!

My husband bought me an eternity ring…
My husband bought me an eternity ring from Warren James this week, on line store with postal delivery. The beautiful choices were difficult to choose from, until I found 'the one'. Very fast delivery, easy browsing, excellent quality as always and sizes are exact. I highly recommend Warren James for their overall services, and quality jewellery

Very late delivery, poor quality chain
The delivery took 9 days so It didn’t arrive in the 48 hours it was meant too. I emailed them twice and had no reply. Very disappointed with the quality of the chain too. Won’t be buying again

Perfect item for any occasion
The named necklace i ordered arrived as stated 15 days due to it being made.
The product was beautiful, my sister was delighted with the birthday gift
I have since ordered a second one for my other sister. Packaging was very good, and delivery with Post office was safe and efficient.
