I got their warranty when I purchased my used car. Unfortunately I had to use it on a repair, they were flawless on getting it sorted and walked me through the best steps. On my annual renewal I had the please of dealing with Cameron Gater-Condon, he was great at informing about all the options!

Yet Another Poor Company
Be careful of these guys.
Purchased a car in March and contacted Warrenty First as soon as its looked likely repair work would be necessary.
They nolonger wish to honour their service agreement and when questioned throw up brick walls.
Wouldn't recommend these individuals and feel totally cheated.

I bought a car about 5 weeks ago from a second hand garage with less than 40,000 miles on the clock.
The garage said it came with a 3 month warranty with Warranty First. It went into a local garage yesterday for a loss of coolant, and the cooling system is covered under my repair plan. The issue is a cracked reservoir and WF have rejected the claim as the reservoir isnt specifically stated in the very small list of things that are covered so i am down another £350 on a car that cost me £26k 5 weeks ago. I do understand it isnt WFs fault that i bought a car with a cracked reservoir but the point is their list of items covered is obscure and small and not really worth having. I got the warranty for free with the car but certainly wont be extending cover once the 3 months is up.
They get an extra star because both customer service advisors i spoke to were great.

Warranty first helped out with my repair on my vehicle, it was a very easy process and quick. I could not have sorted my car out without them in a reasonable time period

I just wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience with Jess.
I called this morning to get a quote for warranty. I honestly thought i would be speaking with a robot like other sales people i speak with but I was wrong.
Honestly, from the very first conversation, she made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease, especially considering I was quite stressed and unsure about taking out a warranty due to the monthly costs and overall commitment. Her tone, approach, and patience throughout the entire process were excellent.
Jess genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She repeatedly looked into discounts for me, spoke with her manager several times, and really made the effort to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything properly before making any decisions. I can admit I was probably quite difficult at times with all my questions and concerns, but she remained patient, understanding, and professional throughout.
What stood out most to me was that she came across as someone who genuinely wanted to help rather than simply sell a product. She explained the terms and conditions clearly, broke everything down in a way that made sense, and made sure I fully understood the long-term benefits. Even when I mentioned another offer from a different company that initially looked better, Jess and her manager took the time to explain the differences properly and why, in the long run, their option would work out better for me.
The offer itself was also very competitive, and the amount of discount she managed to secure honestly exceeded my expectations. The structure of paying an month for the first 10 months and then having no payments for the remaining 14 months actually made the whole arrangement feel much more manageable and worthwhile than I originally thought.
Most importantly, I felt like I could trust her. She approached me in a very genuine and friendly manner, and her reassurance that she would be available to help if needed gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. In the end, I genuinely believe it was her approach and customer care that convinced me to go ahead with the warranty.
Overall, she was extremely helpful, patient, understanding, and professional throughout the entire conversation, and I felt that level of service deserved recognition
