Very happy with my order - needed some help with a few queries on sizes & was given sound advice. As always delivery was prompt and frames well protected. No hesitation in recommending Wallspace.

Been buying picture frames and mounts from Wallspace for a few years now, and never once been disappointed in any way. Service is great. Staff in the shop and at the end of the phone are really friendly and helpful. The frames and mounts are well made, attractive and very reasonably priced compared with other retailers. Delivery of online orders is speedy, with frames being well packed to avoid damage. I would thoroughly recommend Wallspace, and indeed have done many times.

The ordering process is easy, with wide choice, and the frames arrive pretty quickly. Great company.

I wanted a couple of simple black frames, with real glass, for mounting some prints. I ordered from Wallspace and they arrived promptly. The frames are real wood, well made with tight corner joints. I am extremely pleased with the quality and would definitely buy again.

The cheap picture wire holding a picture frame with a set of wedding photos suddenly snapped and the frame disintegrated! I took some measurements and ordered a replacement oak frame from Wallspace which arrived very quickly with a back board and Perspex sheet. Apparently the size was too large for a glass one to be supplied but that didn't matter as I planned to reuse the original glass sheet and was pleased not to have to dispose of it. The old frame is a big improvement on the plastic/foam Chinese original. The old glass and mounting board fitted perfectly, so I reused them. I'm very pleased with the quality of the frame and with the efficient bespoke service. Recommended.

I broke the glass in one of the frames I purchased.
I sent an email to purchase a piece of glass and in no time at all I received a reply from Michelle. She was so helpful and her customer service was excellent. As I don’t live far from the Cam store, I went straight over. The glass was already packed for me. It was so nice to receive great customer service. Also supporting our local shops 😊

Visited today for an A2 oak frame and mount for a piece of original artwork. No frames ready made up so Toby got the workshop to make one up specially and he cut a custom mount while that was happening. Five minutes later it was all done…incredible service and quality product. It’s brilliant to find a true specialist company in the area.
Happy with the cost too.

Ordered a custom-made frame. When it arrived more than a week later it was astonishingly bad. The wood was of the cheapest possible quality you could imagine.

Next, its width x depth were supposed to be 21x36mm but what was actually delivered was 33mm in depth and the width was just under 20mm in the front and 13mm in the back!

And to make matters worse it was badly put together, with a gap at a corner, and staples misplaced.

The only good about the experience was the full refund I received after I returned that rubbish back. Thankfully I had kept the box it arrived.

If you make the mistake to order from them, do measure what you received! I would not be surprised if they make a habit of cheating on wood.

I have just received my first frame from Wall Space, it was delivered very quickly and the frame is really nice quality, I am very happy.

I have just placed an order for two more frames from Wall Space and plan to order more in the future to create a gallery wall and also for pictures to go in other areas of the house.

The service and product received from Wall Space has been excellent and I can highly recommend them to anyone.
