Dog Pet Insurance
I spent some time comparing different insurance policies for my dog, following a horrendous renewal quote from my previous insurer. I found Waggel and their quote was super competitive, along with the excess I would have to pay in any claim. This compared very favourable and gave me lifetime cover for my dog at a vastly reduced monthly premium. Very happy with the ease of taking out the insurance and the free use of the Biscuit App is a great bonus.

Site was easy to use. They are reasonably priced even for senior dogs.
I haven't been with them long so dont know how well or simple it is to make a claim..however I have downloaded the app and there is instructions and your policy at your fingertips.

Stress free experience.
It was stressful enough having to have my dog going through x-rays and lameness investigation. Not to mention, watching my poor dog, limping all the time. I’ve never claimed from my pet insurance before, and was honestly, dreading it, but waggle, sorted my claim, paid straight to my vets, so I didn’t have to worry about anything like that. Any worries/queries I had, were answered, promtly, and professionally. I’d recommend Waggle. They made a stressful, worrying experience, easier to cope with.

I cant thank Waggel team enough for their continued support. They are always so helpful and always have animals best interest at heart.
I am not very tech savy, so I always ring waggel team for advice and process my lads continuous Cushings disease. They are always very polite, friendly and helpful. They pay my Vet direct for his ATCH blood tests he now needs every 6 mths, plus his monthy medication to me as I pay my Vet for a prescription because its half the price online than my Vets charge. May I add, I was with another company for 9 years and dispite never having a claim they were getting too expensive. Then a friend told me about Waggel and they have been brilliant. They were so compassionate when I was in tears when Tedd got diagnosed with Cushings as he had no symptoms until he was rushed in with pancreatitis, so it was all such a shock. They dealt with my Vets direct and as iv NEVER had a claim before explained the whole process. My sister and 5 friends are now with them after I told them how wonderful they are. Tedd and I cant Thank Waggel team enough for their continued support and helping to keep my beloved Tedd happy and healthy.
