Waffle House Reviews 

Had breakfast this morning at the Waffle House in Douglasville, GA and the food was delicious, the waitress couldn’t have been more friendly and all around it was a great meal!! Definitely recommend this one!

Dean was our waiter. What a great representative for Waffle House. His sincerity and desire to serve his customers and ensure his customers have a great experience was very evident. Please recognize him for his desire to represent Waffle House well. Food was great as well.

No one never answers phone for to go orders any more Wesleyan store.Even when there there is not one customer in store. Live next door. Waffle going down hill. Was it sold or something.

I have gone to this Waffle House many of times and never the same service or food. Also made to go orders and don't understand what is a to go TAX. Called another store and asked what was it and was told that they have a 10% state sales tax and they add 2.5% to that and then she told me that was a tip because of it was a to go order??? Can someone explain how this is leagal???

The food was cold the service was bad tables were dirty This is the worse Waffle House I have ate at and I will not be back

This for Waffle House, location #481 Goodyear, Arizona. There are two employee's that need to be mentioned, first employee is a server Ali and second employee is Cory a shift manager second shift and Grill Operator. Saturday 2nd of January 2021. This store was full and wait list, Ali was the only server on duty, besides attending to calling in orders and taking to go orders on the phone and in person orders. Ali conducted herself in a professional manner.

Yesterday went to waffle house on boundary in beaufort sc and an employee was wearing a. Biden political mask...is that ok...I don't think so on either side.

Please do not go to this Waffle House in Newport News on Denbigh Boulevard They have the worst service the cooks are young people that don't know how to cook please go somewhere else The Manager is very rude and disrespectful

I am Native of Georgia who Has eaten at waffle house all over the country.I’ve always enjoyed your fast and inexpensive food but had bad experience with your waitstaff... I’m sure by now you are aware of the Crazy videos and have seen some pretty wild things that have taken place in your restaurant.....
After my visit today, I was thoroughly impressed with Felicia woods at store #2139.

She gave professional and courteous service that far exceeded my expectations..
I am writing and hoping that the powers that be take notice of her as you find ways to regain your Reputation in The restaurant industry.......

Waffle House on Ronald Reagan Blvd in Cummings had my car towed. There was no o clear signs showing that in was a Waffle House parking. The manager said he towed seven cars that morning. He seemed to be very proud of himself. Besides he was very rude. Trying to get in contact with the corporate office is a joke.

So I go to the waffle house at 7329 N Davis Hwy in Pensacola FL this past Sunday morning and had the worst experience ever. I called in my order and was told it would be 15 minutes. When I got there they were really busy so I came back 15 minutes later. That makes a total of 30 minutes. I go into to pay and there is a line with 3 or 4 people ahead of me. The older gentlemen that worked there asked all of us multiple times what we wanted. I told him I called in an order and wanted to pay and see how much it was going to be. Another young lady got behind me to pay and the older man came by again asking us the same question and then moved the lady behind me in front of me and ignored me. She knew it was wrong and told me to go ahead of her and pay. I told her no thank you and left. I tried to reach a manager but was told he was busy. I left a message where I was told to leave it. There have been complaints of racism there before but I did not know it was so blatant. And no he never asked my name or anything. He just said they're busy today and kept walking by me. I will make sure I let everyone know about this experience and I drive taxis.

It is now November 30th and I never received a call from corporate even though I left this same information on their website. Customer service at that location is horrible.

The best waffle house period.

Store # 464 has 2 employees when I arrived. The person who’s name and the cook whos name I will get in one moment were outstanding!! Super polite!! Super courteous!! 4:50 am and they were as chipper as ever!! I’ll come back to this location specifically because of how outstanding this visit was!! The two employees names were Jennifer was my order girl and the cook was Dre.

I visited store 2019 in Anderson sc!!! This is where I find the cleanest store and the most relatable sweetest and funniest and most importantly the best cooking! Keisha and Keira was working Keisha has the best customer service always smiling and laughing and food is always on point! Keira always makes ur food on time and good!! Never have a problem with these too!!! I’ll go out of my way to visit or eat at this Waffle House!! Keep up the work ladies I’ll be back soon!! Thank you

We went to the Belton Missouri waffle house. The waffles were cold. They cooked one at a time I left the first one sitting there

I recently started at Waffle House and I have to say it is the best job I've had. The managers ( store and assistant) are very organized and genuinely care. All the other employees are very friendly and helpful when I didn't know anything. The best advice I can give anyone though is go in with a positive mindset and enjoy your customers , each one has a different story , and you can gain a lot of good life insights.

I was at your Limestone pky location in Gainesville,Ga today around 10a.m. and was Shocked at what I was seeing.I had not gone since March due to to Cov-19 but after seeing on the internet how each store Sanitized after each customer.I decided to try it as I had missed going there.What a joke!!!!!!!! There was a napkin dispenser and salt and pepper on table and a shower liner hanging between the booths.The server handed me a menu without Wiping it off.I proceeded to order and using my hand Sanitizer every time I got something (ex) silverware and ketchup.The customer sitting in booth in front of me got up I watched the server take a rag and just Wipe the table off.I had just got my food and asked the server to refill my coke so she walks over to the drink machine and puts the glass that I was drinking out of directly onto the Spicket and refilled my coke.I got up and left with out food or refilled drink.I don’t understand why Waffle House would Allow this mishandling of saying that they respect there customers and are Practicing Sanitizing Procedures.The server said they were very slow business wise and now I know why.Dairy Queen Practice has better sanitizing issues. Go figure.I will not be going back to Waffle House until next year if even then.

I went to the Waffle House in Carencro over the week and I order the all star with a side of grits the lady told me my price $22.00 so I said for what it’s for 2 all star no she said for one so I told her take off the grits so my price was $9.50 so I ask her how much was the girts she $2 and some change but how’s that 22.00 dollars.Can someone explain it to me cause it’s crazy the price is off and it’s not right,and no drink including at all

My father has been taking me here since I was a child. (Anniston Alabama) I take my kids now cause there staff is always upbeat and very cheerful. My food has always been just the way I ordered it. They don't do delivery but when I was in the hospital there was a few servers that would bring me my order to be,like I said they go above and beyond for their costumers.

I would like to commend Lacrechia at Waffle House #1903 in Montgomery Alabama for going beyond her necessary duties‼️She is certainly an asset to the Waffle House Corporation and SHOULD BE COMMENDED‼️‼️‼️In this day and time it is hard to find someone with her work ethic ‼️‼️She was just so joyful and kind which made our contact enjoyable‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
