The worst service ever with wafajet.com . The ladies working at their office were very rude and aggressive. Very helpless and luck of training as they have no knowledge about the industry. We were expecting Hundai Accent AC car or similar, instead you get upgrade , you get only downgrade to an old Dacia Logan with no AC. Take it or leave it, that is what we have now!
We had the worse experiences ever.
We had not got an important ID card of the car from the company from start. Unfortunately, we parked the car a place where there was parking forbidden, and the police placed the car in a garage. When we were going to pick up the car it was impossible because of we did not have the ID card, which we did not have got from the company. It ends with Wafajet want us to pay 10.000 dirham! But after talking with them, they say we could pay them 4000 dirhams, which we do, because we have to catch our flight, and they say if we did not pay 4000 dirhams, they will just keep the deposit of 10.000 dirhams!
They cheated us big time!
