Location : Nous avons reservé une voiture a l aeroport de Marrakech avec MedLoc Car Rental
Nous avons retrouver Mr  Ayoube Ghazal facilement et il a été tres accueillant  et professionnel
Je voudrais remercier Ayoube Ghazal  pour toute son aide
Il nous a fournit toutes les informations necessaires pour conduire sur les routes, les stations services et les parkings privees en ville
Nous le remercions énormément car on s est senti moins perdus👏🏼🥰
Pour le retour, Ayoube nous a envoyé les coordonnées de son collège et du bureau de Marrakech pour deposer la voiture  à 18h30 ; il nous a ensuite  conduit  à l entree de la medina l'endroit de notre choix.
Un bel accueil et merci à Ayman lors du retour de la voiture a l agence Medlock de Marrkech et   pour nous avoir deposé a la medina .🌺🪷
Nous avons eu le retour de la caution le soir meme.

We have booked a car at Marrakech airport with MedLoc. We easily found Mr. Ayoube Ghazal, and he was very welcoming and professional.
I would like to thank Ayoube Ghazal for everything.👏🏼💪🏼

He provided us with all the necessary information for driving on the roads, gas stations, and private parking lots in the city.
We thank him immensely because we felt much less lost.
For the return, Ayoube sent us the contact information for his colleague and the Marrakech office. We dropped off the car at 6:30 PM; he then drove us to the entrance of the medina, to the location of our choice.
A warm welcome and thank you to Ayman for returning the car to the MedLock agency in Marrakech and for dropping us in the medina. 🌺🪷
We received our deposit back that same evening.

Excellent service, car was brought to our hotel and picked up from the airport without extra charge. Ilias was very helpful, good communication. One star deducted for the gas policy - tank was half full and was to be returned at the same level. Delivery and return with a full tank saves hassle and possible additional cost for the customer.

Last day of our trip with early morning flight began with a highest possible stress... We left our apartment 3.00 AM... Our mistake, we left something on in the car day before, battery was completely dead... I tried to find help with some taxi drivers but nobody had a cables to lit the car on...
At the end I sent my family with taxi to the airport and i saw myself staying in Morocco one day more to solve the situation...
I came with taxi on pickup place only with keys... When I explained what happened, he called immediately his boss... The only information needed was where is the car... They calmed me immediately, not to worry and that everything is OK...
Parallel my wife tried at airport to contact official agency tel number with the same positive reaction and result...
Half hour later we passed flight check-in released from any stress..
Highly professional, from first to last day...
Very clean vehicle with all equipment...
Definitely experience better than many big branded european rent-a-car agencies...
Once again a big thank you for the assistance in this stressful Situation
