from start to finish the process was fantastic and easy, this is the 2nd time we have rented a car from VWFS
prices are so good and top quality car

i rented the car as im interested in buying one so this was perfect to test over 4 days that a 30 minute forecourt test drive doesnt give you, £30 a day is nothing

Excellent Service, Will Definitely Use Again
Excellent service from VWFS Rent A Car at Pulman Sunderland.
I hired a 75-plate Volkswagen Passat for 12 days and was extremely impressed, both with the car itself and how reasonable the price was. The Passat was a pleasure to drive and a complete change from some of the cars I’ve had in the past from the larger rental companies.
The whole process was straightforward from start to finish, and the staff were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. The level of service was second to none.
It also makes a refreshing change to be able to hire a new model car that is clean, well presented and enjoyable to drive, rather than simply being given whatever happens to be available.
Having used the main car rental companies in the past, I’ll now be sticking with VWFS Rent A Car at Pulman Sunderland for any future car hire.
Highly recommended.

Rented VW Transported to go to the EU region
I have been renting from VWFS Rent-a-Car - Colindale for about 2 years.
The service has been amazing and staffs are very helpful.
Best park I like about renting here is, the cars they give are almost brand new. This time i got a brand new Transporter with moon roof.. absolutly amazing and loved driving it.
We went to the EU from the UK. totalled to about 1100 miles in 4 days.. drive was never tiring..
Amazing service, 100% recommend ..
