No support provided, despite 5 emails. I need my MAC address changed, as I purchased a new tuner, but that is not possible through the website.
Had a Marantz and well connected via the vtuner webpage. Now the Marantz is no more operational and I have a Naim Muso, which cannot be connected the vtuner even with the MAC address.
I was invited to pay 5$ after "logging" with an access code ( a used yamaha receiver ) I paid I can see favorites, BUT i can not edit those or add radio since vtuner requires a second l... See more

service interruption via streamer
I have 2 Naim/Focal streamers which rely on VTuner and there have been 4 multi-day service interruptions of the past couple of years.
Paid for a subscription a few years ago…
Paid for a subscription a few years ago and suddenly i can't access my favorite stations anymore. Now I need to pay $7 (2025) to access what I already had. So unreliable!
I have paid the fee for the radio…
I have paid the fee for the radio channels, however, nothing is working and i'm trying already for more than a week to reach them without any success. There is no single reaction on my e-mails and when you call them they are always occupied and you get the voicemail. I think it is a fraudulent company and I hope that someone can tell me what I can do to get my radio to work again.
thanks
Very disappointing service - no response on requests
Very disappointing service. If possible I would give a zero rating. They have updated their website recently without caring for those who have paid membership. No option to update URL listings of prepaid stations. I have sent several emails but no response so far.
Not satisfactory at all
Use it on naim equipment, some stations work and others don't especially bbc. Inform them and they do nothing while bbc work with other sites. Also numerous shutdown over the last few months. Useless organisation. Why do hifi companies use such a company?
No communcation
Vtuner went down over Xmas and is still not fully functional. No communication from the company, not even a brief apology on the website. Not replying to emails either. Hopefully, the company that makes my streamer will consider moving to a more reliable provider.
You have to pay to even be able to use…
You have to pay to even be able to use a basi function of your radio. Internet radio now costs 6$ per year through Vtuner. Shame on them!
No multi device support
Had a Marantz and well connected via the vtuner webpage. Now the Marantz is no more operational and I have a Naim Muso, which cannot be connected the vtuner even with the MAC address.
Non-existant customer support
I have sent 3 messages asking for support after the payment of the annual fee of US$ 6. I cannot connect to some of my favorite Swiss Radio stations anymore from my Denon Vtuner. The money has been encashed for 0 service. I feel ripped off.
I paid the $ 5 after that no response…
I paid the $ 5 after that no response from vtuner, no radioservice, no refund nothing.
In Holland we call that theft!!
I was invited to pay 5$ after…
I was invited to pay 5$ after "logging" with an access code ( a used yamaha receiver )
I paid
I can see favorites, BUT i can not edit those or add radio since vtuner requires a second login with an email/password I don't have...
I paid 5$ for nothing
support doesn't answer
VTuner is dead, do not pay anything
What's interesting is that the signature from the email password recovery is the person who also launched airable service ?! ( vtuner clone )
No Vtuner help
Again and again I try to email Vtuner on its help site and receive no reply. I want to sign up to restore my service on a Marantz receiver and Vtuner does not want my money.
ZERO customer support
Older Denon receiver trapped with vTuner. Contacted vTuner support 4X because custom added stations no longer play. Stations in the vTuner lookup table have wrong information. Zero response from vTuner. Denon support gave me a phone number that goes direct to Voicemail, no reply.
Non existent radio streamer service
I also paid $5 for a supposed renewal fee but have no service anymore. There isn't any customer service so I agree that this must be a scam operation. Is anyone in the states reporting this company for fraud?
annual fee paid, not working, no feedback :-((
I have paid my annual fee of 4 USD, but it doesn't work and on a handful of emails I didn't get one answer.
PURELY FRAUD!

My internet connection is perfect....200/200 mb. and check all connections. Spotify is playing perfect.
I like their quality, but not how they perform.
I am using a Yamaha receiver.
vTuner is very Basic but works
Service is very basic. They started charging 3 USD per year to add stations via Web browser. You can still add them for free via your Yahama AVR.
