Bad company to deal with.

We recently spent 1600€ with VPCBoost on 3 appliances. The dish washer has still not arrived. The microwave was delivered damaged and it took them ages to deal with the problem. Now they are charging me 25€ to send it back because I signed for it. The packaging was perfect, the appliance looked perfect but the model is an integrated one and until it was fitted into the housing and wired up, you couldn't tell it was damaged. How could I get the delivery woman to wait until we could do this to check it was ok!! Why do I have to pay to get a replacement when it had an undetectable factory fault for which I am not responsible?! Not a good company to deal with!
