I ordered a Log burner from Abribat, easy transaction and competitive price. There was a problem with the burner when it arrived (broken foot). Abribat were very helpful at resolving the problem. I received a new foot and all is now good. Thanks in particular to Isabelle. I would definitely recommend
On the 24th April I ordered and paid for a cooker and fridge, after waiting several days for the delivery notification, l contacted Abribat, to be told the fridge is not in stock, so l must chose another, there are only 2 that fit the space/my needs, but neither of these can be delivered quickly.
I tell the company my order was urgent and ask for just the cooker to be delivered, I am quoted 50 euros for the cooker delivery, ( it was supposed to be 52.90 euro for the fridge and the cooker) so I have cancelled the order, and therefore cannot comment on the goods. My money has been refunded.

Bonjour, la cuisinière était (et est toujours) en stock mais ce n'était pas le cas du réfrigérateur qui était indiqué sur commande.
Pour ce qui est du remboursement, nous sommes étonnés car il a été fait le jour même de votre demande soit le 04/05. Nous venons d'ailleurs de vous renvoyer le ticket remboursement que la banque a du vous envoyer le 04/05.
Nous sommes vraiment désolés de ne pas avoir pu vous satisfaire.
