The porting and provisioning team really deserve a raise, they’ve been the most responsive part of this process.

He took full ownership of the process and made sure everything was seen through to completion, handling each issue as it came up without me ever needing to chase or worry. terrible customer service. Nobody cares about anything. they can't even forward emails internally and ask you to email different department - this shows how little responsibility they take - if they can't do simple things like that, don't expect them to do anything more complex or care about providing great customer service! Avoid at all cost!

We're new to VoiceFlex so had a few teething issues while starting up. Lasantha was a fantastic help in support and made sure we had no issues getting up and running.

Dealt with Toby very patient and helped me through all the steeps even Handset software upgrade until we were happy with the config ang and ring patterns.

We were constantly updated and did not have to chase everyday. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Voiceflex have been excellent throughout a port request that encountered numerous unexpected problems. Despite the challenges, they kept going with a great attitude and remained professional at every stage. Their perseverance really showed, and thanks to their continued efforts the port has now successfully completed. A very reliable and committed team, thanks Sam – highly recommended.

I recently encountered an issue with some numbers, and before I even had the chance to raise a ticket, their support team had already resolved it.

Their responsiveness is outstanding—tickets are handled so quickly that we know we can always rely on them to get things done efficiently and effectively.

I want to thanks voiceflex! i am a new customer about to go into partnership with them! the support has been next level! they know exactly what they are talking about, even to the point they have knowledge or popular PBXs and can help with settings and setup. Very impressed! in particular Lasanbha! He is very good and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys! and a big thanks to Elliot Bennett! He is in sales but has good technical background, he issnt just trying to sell me solutions for the sake of it, they make recommendations and appropriate suggestions without being forceful.
