Vervelend om te horen dat je ontevreden bent over het verwerken van je retour. We vinden het ook jammer dat je dit niet eerst even per mail bij ons hebt gemeld, want we hadden het graag direct met je opgepakt en toegelicht.
Op onze website staat vermeld dat er een duurzaamheidsbijdrage van €1 per artikel wordt gerekend wanneer je een bestelling plaatst zonder ingelogd te zijn. Als je wel bent ingelogd tijdens het bestellen, vervalt deze bijdrage automatisch.
Daarnaast worden er verzendkosten van €4,99 in rekening gebracht wanneer het uiteindelijke orderbedrag, na de retour onder de €69 uitkomt. Ook hierover staat informatie op onze site, onder het kopje "Retourneren" bij "Hoe zit het met de verzendkosten?"
We begrijpen dat dit verwarrend kan zijn als je het niet had verwacht. Daarom proberen we dit zo duidelijk mogelijk op de site te vermelden. Mocht je nog vragen hebben of iets willen bespreken, neem gerust contact op met onze klantenservice.

Great potential
It is pretty quick process. Shame you dont ship to Slovakia, you should do. When asked if you do via email I got a quick short response. You could have done more in terms of customer service. Also, I only got to your site because my VPN was set for Holland. Otherwise no one knows about you. Could do with some more advertising. You have stuff on your site that isnt available on other sites which makes you pretty unique. Food for thought.

Poor Warranty Handling – Disappointing Customer Service
I bought a pair of Adidas Adizero SL shoes from Voetbalshop.nl in June 2024. After less than a year of normal use, the heel areas of both shoes wore out badly, with hard plastic now exposed in one shoe, causing pain and making them unwearable.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to offer any solution under warranty, even though EU law provides a 2-year legal guarantee for defects not caused by misuse. They dismissed it as “wear and tear” and offered only a discount on a new pair. This is unacceptable for shoes at this price point that failed so soon.
I have now reported the issue to ConsuWijzer (Dutch government consumer authority) and will file a formal complaint with the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, of which they are a member.
Very disappointed in how Voetbalshop.nl ignores consumer rights. I do not recommend buying from them unless you’re willing to accept poor service if anything goes wrong.

We have carefully reviewed the photos you provided. The damage to the heel areas of the shoes clearly shows signs of wear and tear from use, which is consistent with what can normally occur over time with running shoes. This is therefore not considered a manufacturing defect.
These shoes are designed for athletic use, but after nearly a year of regular use, signs of wear can appear. As stated in our warranty terms, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. For this reason, a warranty claim is unfortunately not possible in this case.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a discount code for a future purchase. We're sorry this was not to your satisfaction, but we hope it shows our willingness to assist where possible.
